Extremely disappointing experience.
We booked this hotel approximately three weeks before our arrival and received a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. Based on that confirmation, we planned our trip and arrived in Paris expecting to check in without any issues.

Instead, on the day of arrival, we were informed that the hotel would not accommodate us. The explanation provided was vague and confusing. At one point, the staff even referred to our reservation as "fraudulent", despite it being a legitimate booking with a valid confirmation number.

Being told on a Friday, upon arrival in Paris with family, that you suddenly have nowhere to stay is an incredibly stressful experience. We were effectively left stranded and told to resolve the issue ourselves with Booking.com.

Fortunately, Booking.com eventually relocated us to another property, but the disruption to our trip and the stress caused by this situation were significant.

Since the reservation had been confirmed for weeks before arrival, it is difficult to understand how such a situation could occur. From a guest's perspective, it feels as though the hotel simply decided not to honor an existing reservation at the last moment.

What surprises me most is that a property willing to reject confirmed reservations and label legitimate guests as "fraudulent" without justification is still operating on Booking.com.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise other travelers to be cautious when booking this hotel!!!

Niente.
La mia prenotazione è stata cancellata un'ora prima del check in. Al mio arrivo il receptionist, poco simpatico, ha dato la colpa a booking. Sempre il receptionist non mi ha dato una soluzione e mi ha gentilmente detto di arrangiarmi perché non poteva aiutarmi a risolvere il mio problema e non avevano una stanza da darci. Booking mi ha poi detto che è stata la struttura stessa a cancellare la prenotazione. Pessima esperienza

La première fois en france précisément à Paris on a eu une Mauvaise réception du coup on a réservé sur booking mais le jour d’arrivée ils ont dit que c’est complet malgré la réservation sous prétexte que leur compte a été piraté.

Tolle Lage, aber das Hotel war eine absolute Zumutung – Nicht zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top. Man ist super zentral angebunden, der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist schnell erreichbar und es gibt tolle Restaurants sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Das war es aber leider auch schon.

Cons:

Zimmer-Albtraum: Wir hatten die "Suite" mit 2 Schlafzimmern im 6. Stock (Zimmer 162). Der Aufzug fährt nur bis in den 5. Stock, den Rest mussten wir die Koffer eine enge Treppe hochschleppen. Keine Schränke für die Wäsche. Nachttisch (Brett)neben dem Bett gerade mal 1 DIN A4 Seite und wenn man nicht sehr vorsichtig ist fällt es aus der Halterung. Steckdosen absolute Mangelware.
​Hitze & kein Schlaf: Bei Außentemperaturen von 34–40 Grad gab es keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Standventilatoren. Unterm Dach war es unerträglich, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wir sind deshalb für 3 Nächte in ein anderes, klimatisiertes Hotel geflohen und kamen nur zum Frühstücken und Umziehen zurück.
​Mangelnde Sauberkeit & Service: In der gesamten Woche wurde nicht einmal geputzt oder gesaugt – es wurden lediglich die Betten gemacht. Die Handseife wurde nie aufgefüllt. Das Bad war winzig; Personen über 1,80 m können in der Dusche nicht einmal aufrecht stehen. Zudem ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig.
​Katastrophales Frühstück: Der Raum ist viel zu klein. Jeden Tag exakt das gleiche, eintönige Angebot (immer dieselbe Wurst und derselbe Käse). Die Tische waren klebrig und voller Krümel vom Vortag, sodass wir sie selbst mit Desinfektionstüchern reinigen mussten.
​Fazit:
Das Hotel ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Kulanz? Fehlanzeige. Wir mussten trotz der Flucht in ein anderes Hotel die vollen Kosten für die gesamte Woche tragen. Das Hotel ist uns kein Stück entgegengekommen. Keine Empfehlung, besonders nicht für Familien!
