Personale molto cordiale, ristorante molto buono, la spa pulita e molto bella. Camere spaziose e pulite. Consigliatissimo

Place was built by a family friend many years ago and close to the place that we usually stay .. nice , clean and good enough for few days stay .. just hopefully they can extend the breakfast hour a bit longer !! We will go back for sure !

We arrived at Malpensa and drove to this hotel for two nights before travelling by car to Alto Adige. It was perfect to use the small heated pool (extra 20 euros but worth it) and relax before driving. Google maps brought me to 3 Laguna and I drove on for maybe half a mile and found the hotel to my left. Loved exploring the city of Varesa and also having an elegant dinner at Madonnina down the street. I liked that it was very a very traditional, comfortable, clean hotel is a place that was not too touristy - it had old world charm. Also, great local wines, good food and nice people.

De beloofde airco is in dit hotel niet aanwezig. Wel een aftandse blower. Het was bloedheet in de kamer. De voorkant ligt aan een doorgaande weg met luidruchtig verkeer. De warmte en het lawaai maakte het oncomfortabel. Het ontbijt was prima.

Struttura comoda e confortevole, ottima per visitare il Ticino. Personale disponibile e molto cortese.

Tutto perfetto

Wij gebruikte dit hotel als transit hotel voor doorreis naar Italië. Wij hadden de 4-persoonskamer. Deze was ruim en voorzien van alle comfort. Geen airco maar wel een ventilator. Het ontbijt was voldoende uitgebreid. Een aanrader is het restaurant van het hotel. Daar hebben we top gegeten!

Excellent service and great welcoming by the reception girl from Cuba. Large rooms. Honest breakfast . Very near to the Swiss borders, maybe one minute driving.
