Pros:

Offered early check in which unfortunately couldn’t take due to work commitments. Proximity to the bar/pub for food.

Great location with nearby cafes.

Cons:

Check in / out experience could have been better. We arrived at 6PM as advised and the wrong key had been put in the envelope.

No lights on (though they were aware we would arrive after dark) so trying to get into room in darkness was not a great start. When we left, the clerk didn’t even enquire to how the stay was.

Room felt a little shabby for the price, broken and tatty blind when the other bungalows were empty so could have put into a room which was smarter.

Bubble bath would have been nice in the amenities given the bathtub.

No breakfast / food/ coffee on the grounds.

Pros:

Beautiful room with complete view of the ocean. Loved the bathroom layout and bedding was super comfortable

The heating in the room took a very long time to warm up and the TV didn’t work

Love the outlook over the beach with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
Pros:

View was great, spacious room and clean, well maintained gardens

Cons:

The room was clean & tidy but had a couple of minor finishing issues with fraying on the blinds & a few slats that were not inline with the rest on there run. None of these issues were an impact to our stay but they were the only things I was able to fault. For the price.

No what we expected. Disappointed.
Pros:

Friday night stay was beautiful. Comfortable. Gorgeous location.

Cons:

Saturday night there was a wedding. The clunking of high heels back and forwards all night, 10.30pm was becoming louder, once the hotel closed we had the after party at our front door. Had to ask people to move on. Then was ridiculed by wedding party guest decided to shine a torch in our room. Ended up packing up and went home at midnight.

Perfect in every way.

Cons:

I was in number 1 cottage which was a little nosiy being next to the pub but it wasn’t too bad

Enjoyed our stay but wouldn't pay peak price
Pros:

Amazing location for going to an off-leash dog beach. Very nice looking facilities in our townhouse but some oddities.

Cons:

Sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable. We opted to sleep on cushions on the floor as the better option.
Only 4 mugs in a house that sleeps 6-8.
