Pros:

We loved our king room with garden view. The room and ensuite bathroom were really spacious and we loved the garden view with it's fabulous trees.

Cons:

A small fridge in the room would have been great.

Leben auf der Baustelle
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, ruhig am Ortsrand, gut erreichbar zum Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle

Cons:

Das Haus befindet sich im Umbau, zum Glück waren wir größtenteils am Wochenende da, so dass die Bauarbeiter nicht gearbeitet haben. Durch die Baustelle ist das Haus insgesamt sehr ungemütlich und verwaist. Dafür, dass es eine Baustelle war, war es ganz schön teuer.
Das Zimmer hatte keine ruchtige Privatsphäre, da das Fenster direkt neben dem Eingang war.

It was clean and well appointed.

Cons:

There was no remote to work the tv. Very disappointed as I had planned my journey to watch the World Cup final. I had to watch the football on my phone as I was given no help. The shaving mirror light did not work and fire doors were held open with fire extinguishers , highly illegal.

Pros:

For a last minute booking we were pleasantly surprised. Although there are signs of renovations in the front hall, the room we were allocated was lovely. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean. We had no issues whatsoever.

Nice location, good potential, awful execution.
Pros:

The area was good, the building was nice, our room was okay.

Cons:

No customer service, the place is fully automated. Feels like absolute balls to have to call up some person who is not interested in you or your stay who begrudgingly hands across a code to access the room.

No Toliet roll in the room, has to message to ask them but they had no staff on site, so that was great.

It was ok for one night, enjoyed the bath but wish the room had been cleaner
Pros:

It was a great location for what I needed, somewhere to put my head for the night. I did enjoy the bath though.

Cons:

I didn’t realise there was refurbishment and while it didn’t affect me I would imagine staying more than one night it could get noisy. The room had rubbish under the sides, dust and the door handle was about to come off. I also struggled to get in the room at the very beginning. I have communicated with the hotel regarding these issues.

Pros:

The room was good. The bathroom I loved the best, the old type bath and sink. The bath was deep, the shower had great power.
The sofa was wonderful and comfy.

Cons:

I wish there was a fridge in the room. That's it.
I can deal with the non face check in and out as they are good at communicating on app.

The beds were separate and not leveled so pushing them together didn't help, therefore we shared only one single bed as a couple.

Our 'on the road' last minute booking was easily dealt with and the keys are in a keycafe vending machine on site.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment so building material around but it didn't matter to us as we were just passing through.

Pros:

Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable, central location closed to lots of restaurants. Plenty of free parking. Owner was pleasant and was able to offer lots of advice as to walking and cycling routes in the area.

Cons:

Hotel is undergoing renovation at the moment which we were unaware of before we booked. But this didn't interfere with our stay.

Ogrzewanie w łazience

Cons:

Pokój nie miał osobnych łóżek, nikt nas nie poinformował o zmianie zamówionego noclegu.
W pomieszczeniu nie było ŻADNEJ szafy ani wieszaka.
Nie było suszarki do włosów.
Kontakt z obsługą był ale tylko online i mimo naszych próśb nie zostało spełnione żadne z naszych oczekiwań lub prośb.

Dodajmy, że w hotelu jest remont i NIE MA żadnych wspólnych części/lodówki itp. O tym też nikt nie raczył nas poinformować wcześniej więc nie dane nam było zjeść ciepłego posiłku w dni przyjazdu.
Skandalem jest to, że remont trwa na pewno od dłuższego czasu, ale obsługa nie informuje o oczywistych ograniczeniach w użytkowaniu hotelu dopóki nie pociągnie się ich do odpowiedzialnosci.
