Our stay was decent, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was good.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The facility has a nice exterior and recent restaurant.

Cons:

Door didn’t lock easily. The bathroom was outdated and plumbing needs improvement.

My stay at Hotel Dumbrava in Bacău was without exaggeration a truly remarkable experience that far exceeded my initial expectations.
The property impresses through its excellent perfectly situated location but even more so through its high standards of comfort.
What truly sets this hotel apart however is the exceptional quality of its staff. I would particularly like to highlight the professionalism and contagious energy of Mr. EUGEN who welcomed me from the very first moment with genuine hospitality and a level of dedication that is rarely encountered. His support especially considering that I am not from Bacău was not only helpful but genuinely impressive.
Likewise Mrs. Lili from the housekeeping team deserves the highest appreciation for her dedication and attention to every detail both regarding the rooms and the guests. A true ray of sunshine!
I had the pleasure of interacting with the team at Casa Rebeca where I encountered the same high level of hospitality and goodwill.
Last but not least the breakfast harmoniously completes this experience offering a generous variety of carefully selected dishes while the staff in this area stand out through their kindness and promptness.In conclusion should I return to Bacău my choice is already made Hotel Dumbrava is without a doubt the only option that fully meets my standards.

Sejurul meu la Hotel Dumbrava din Bacău a fost, fără exagerare, o experiență remarcabilă, care a depășit cu mult așteptările inițiale. Proprietatea impresionează printr-o locație excelentă, perfect poziționată, dar mai ales prin standardele ridicate de confort.Ceea ce diferențiază cu adevărat acest hotel este însă calitatea excepțională a personalului.
Țin să evidențiez în mod special profesionalismul și energia contagioasă a domnului EUGEN, care m-a întâmpinat încă de la sosire cu o ospitalitate autentică și o implicare rar întâlnită. Sprijinul oferit de dumnealui, mai ales în contextul în care nu sunt din Bacău, a fost nu doar util, ci de-a dreptul impresionant. De asemenea, doamna Lili, din echipa de curățenie, merită toate aprecierile pentru dedicarea și atenția acordată fiecărui detaliu atât camerelor cat și clienților. O rază mică de soare!
Micul dejun completează armonios această experiență, oferind o varietate generoasă de preparate, atent selecționate, iar personalul din această zonă se remarcă prin amabilitate și promptitudine.
Nu în ultimul rând, am avut plăcerea de a interacționa și cu echipa de la Casa Rebeca, unde am regăsit același nivel înalt de ospitalitate și bunăvoință.
În concluzie, dacă voi reveni în Bacău, alegerea este deja făcută Hotel Dumbrava reprezintă, fără îndoială, unica opțiune.

Un hotel de nota 10 . Foarte mulțumită.
Pros:

Am fost foarte mulțumită de absolut totul. Personalul de la recepție, restaurant și domnul Eugen s-au comportat ireproșabil. Curățenie de nota 10 , prosoapele erau schimbate zilnic . Zilnic se făcea curățenie în cameră. La restaurant cafeaua se facea pe loc și era servită la masă ( de doamnele ospătare ) ,mâncarea foarte bună, aveai de unde alege ce îți place . Recomand cu drag acest hotel. Voi revenii cu drag.

Cons:

Nu a fost nimic pentru care să nu îmi placă acest hotel. Nota 10 .
