fora da minha expectativa... mesmo sendo um hotel de 3 estrelas. já fiquei em outros bem melhores .

café da manhã razoável .. muito caro pelo valor pago... poderia ter um melhor café e mais barato numa padaria . o pessoal da recepção,, muito mal preparados e não falam ingles... e nem fazem questão de falar ...ou ajudar .. não retornarei mais neste hotel de forma alguma... este pessoal tem que aprender a melhor tratar cliente ..

não gostei da hospitalidade.. pessoal sem nenhuma vontade de ajudar .. inclusive na saída ... se quer agradeceram por temos escolhido o hotel. estavamos num grupo de 6 pessoas . tive que sair 30 minutos antes da abertura do café ...e se quer ofereceram algum lanche rapido .. paguei o cafe e nao usei pois o meu trem saia muito cedo.. neste hotel não retornarei mais .. também, check in nada flexivel... não gostei .. não retornarei mais ..

La camera fantastica con il terrazzino, per il parcheggio non abbiamo avuto problemi ho parcheggiato a pochi metri dalla struttura. Un posto tranquillo ma comodo per visitare la città

De locatie, parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel en de vriendelijke receptionist. Prima hotel voor 1 of 2 nachten.

Cons:

Het bed lag niet lekker, maar ik heb ook problemen met mijn rug. Het ontbijt was oké, maar jammer dat de croissantjes en pain au chocolat onder de categorie afbak valt.

Hotel très bien placé par rapport à l'accès Montpellier hyper-centre à pied.
Cons:

Placement de la chambre côté rue décevant, car avec la panne de la climatisation l'ouverture de la fenêtre donne sur la rue avec immeubles et les habitants de ces immeubles font du bruit jusque très tard dans la nuit.
