Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass ich mich in diesem Hotel zuhause fühle.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum und liegt trotzdem absolut ruhig. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich gut, Sonderwünsche werden gern erfüllt.

Waren in einem modernen Doppelzimmer mit sehrguten Betten.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Erfurt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut um alles schnell zu erreichen.

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort- selten so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen :) Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da ich sehr sensibel auf Hotelzimmer reagiere und vor wichtigen Terminen oft nur schwer zur Ruhe komme, war dieses Haus ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Ich hatte das Allergikerinnen freundliche Zimmer und habe schlichtweg hervorragend geschlafen. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das großartige Team an der Rezeption: Vom ersten telefonischen Kontakt vorab bzgl. der Allergikerfreundlichkeit, der sehr herzliche Empfang, bis hin zum Checkout war der Service durchgehend herzlich, aufmerksam und absolut professionell. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich bestens aufgehoben.Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Ich komme ganz sicher wieder!
