War OK Im Zentrum Garage vor Ort
Pros:

Die Garage wer zu Teuer in der Umgebung waren sie billiger man sollt die Preise anpassen. 200m weiter Kostet die Garage 15€ und nicht 19€

Cons:

Zimmer OK Frühstück war nicht immer alles da wurde auch nicht gleich auf gefüllt. die Tische wurden nicht ab geräumt
Man fand kaum ein freien Tisch und wenn musste er eingedeckt werden und das dauert sehr lange.

Die Freundlichkeiten der Mitarbeiter, die Sauberkeit und die zentrale Lage . Der super Koch und die Sauberkeit.

Perfektes Hotel im Herzen von Erfurt . Zentral und super schön .
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und im Bad gab es viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein Upgrade, wollten aber lieber das Zimmer zum Hof, weil wir mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen wollten. Hier gab es nur einen kleinen Fernseher, was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
Super Frühstück in einem schönen Ambiente. Aufmerksamer freundlicher Service. Extra Pluspunkt und danke hierfür.

Cons:

Alles gut. Ich persönlich mag es lieber , wenn die Rezeption direkt am Eingang ist und man nicht erst in irgendein Stockwerk muss.
Das ist aber kein Kritikpunkt

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Hotel liegt zentral und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Parkgarage ist zwar nicht so hoch und deswegen nicht für SUV‘s geeignet aber mit einer 3er Limousine tip top befahrbar in der breite.
Beim Frühstück gibt es eine grosse Auswahl.
Top Hotel an top Lage. 👍🏽

Pros:

Ausreichend große Zimmer und Top-Lage mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Das Reinigungspersonal fängt um 6.30 Uhr an, im Flur Lärm zu machen. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders gut. Obst, Käse etc. machen keinen frischen Eindruck. Es wird nur nachgelegt, wenn man darauf hinweist. Das Buffet sieht die meiste Zeit sehr geplündert aus.
