Only perks I could think of: Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location right in the city center, which makes everything easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was very basic, but tasty. The bed was quite firm, but surprisingly I had very good and restful sleep. Housekeeping came every other day, changing the bed linen and towels regularly, which was much appreciated.

Cons:

The “Deluxe” room is significantly overhyped. In reality, it is very far from what one would reasonably expect from a deluxe category. The room felt more like a small student dormitory — very compact, with an extremely narrow bed placed in the corner and no proper wardrobe, only a basic desk.
The air conditioning was functioning, but regardless of the temperature setting, it seemed to blow air at roughly the same temperature (approximately around 20°C, though I did not measure it).
The hotel advertises a spa facility; however, during my stay it was not operational.
In practical terms: there was a bed, the room was warm, housekeeping was regular, and breakfast was provided. However, considering the room category and overall experience, €50 per night does not feel justified.

Nu alegeți acest hotel dacă nu vreți să vă stricați sejurul

Este poziționat bine, chiar în centrul orașului Iași.

Cons:

Am ajuns la cazare în jurul orei 15. Pentru ca eram în întârziere la un eveniment, imediat ce am ajuns în cameră am început să mă schimb, dar când am intrat în baie am încremenit - baia nu era curățată, toaleta era stropită de rahat, un prosop mototolit era aruncat, hârtia igienică era căzută în apă și uscată.
Am coborât la recepție înainte să plec la eveniment și i am arătat recepționerei poze cu baia și toaleta, i am spus ca nu este curat. A zis ca o sa anunțe. Evident ca nu a anunțat pe nimeni, când ne am întors era totul la fel.
Așa ca .. soțul meu a șters toaleta ca să o putem folosi, deja era miezul nopții.
La micul dejun nu am putut mânca decât pâine prăjită, roșii, castraveți și unt. Vinetele, fasolea și icrele erau acre, nu m am putut atinge. Soțul meu a cerut o omletă, i s au adus ouăle amestecate în mijlocul farfuriei și insuficient gătite, eu n am văzut așa ceva niciodată .
Also, locurile de parcare oferite sunt lângă o clădire de pe care cade tencuiala, efectiv sunt bucăți de tencuială jos lângă mașini.
La scurtă vreme după ce am plecat de acolo, am făcut enterocolită, încă mă gândesc la baia aia murdară .
