The miserable wear and bad smelling state of the whole place
The reception staff, they were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. Also , hotel's location was good, with easy access to the main attractions.
The room: The carpet was awful , very old and clearly in need of replacement. We stayed in a triple room, and one advantage was that it had a separate sleeping area with a single bed, which offered a bit more privacy. However, the room itself was extremely outdated and looked as though it hadn't been renovated in many years.
The breakfast selection was quite limited.
The location was great, the staff was friendly.
It is a little dated, there was no coffee or tea in the room, just a kettle and an empty minibar.

Micul dejun, 40 lei persoana ,meniu salam șuncă presata cașcaval pe care le bazata muște, fete de masa pătate , groaznic nu am mâncat dar am plătit, când am ajuns la recepție doamna de acolo a făcut o fata , se juca pe telefon și am deranjat-o, in camera prosoape, lenjeria,nu prea se cunoștea ca au fost albe erau gri,minusuri f multe
Locatia este excelenta...
Hotelul pare ca nu se mai investeste în el... curatenia nu a fost una extraordinara iar la mobilier se poate observa uzura!
