Room looked like a bigger storage space, didn't even have a closet, there was a hanger on the mirror in the hall, the name of the hotel is just an excuse to charge you more; I can't say how other rooms are but mine was a dump

Cons:

Hotel desperateky needs an update. Dirty carpet, uncomfortable mattress, lots of repairs visible in the bathroom etc. Refrigerator in bedroom off and empty, not even a complimentary bottle of water. It's losing its grandeur. So sad to see.

Very upset the lady wasn’t honest with me , they didn’t offer discount too- so paying 57£ for a night without hot water
Pros:

All was good until I went in the room

Cons:

I have arrived at 1.45am and after a long day of traveling I couldn’t wait for a shower . I went in and the water was cold - I checked at the reception she said leave it open for a bit and hot water will come - well it didn’t ! I had to leave the hotel early before 7am and when I went to shower at 6 again cold water - when I started to brush my teeth 6.30 the hot water was on. So they close the hot water at night .
