Buona soluzione per una notte di passaggio
Pros:

La posizione è centrale e molto comoda se si viaggia in treno. Il quartiere è tranquillo e comodo anche per visitare la città. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono se si considera la posizione. La camera aveva tutto il necessario ed era pulita.

Cons:

La camera era molto molto piccola, diversa rispetto a quelle delle foto che si vedono sul sito; in generale rispetto alle foto del sito è tutto un po' più datato.

Prima für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin :-)
Pros:

Einfache Ausstattung, jedoch alles da, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht, z.B. gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile.
Fenster zum kleinen Innenhof. Dadurch ruhig, aber keine Aussicht.

Lage und Infrastruktur

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer hatte direkt vor dem Fenster einen Balkon, der aber zu einem benachbarten Zimmer gehörte.
Dadurch waren oft Personen zum Rauchen oder zu Unterhaltungen dort.
Ich konnte das Fenster dadurch nicht öffnen, außerdem war es natürlich laut, auch bei normaler Lautstärke.
Badezimmer war sehr alt.

Als Schlafgelegenheit in Ordnung.

Saubere und neue Handtücher jeden Tag

Pros:

Ну разве что расположение, он реально в пешей доступности от ж.д. вокзала.

Cons:

Отель крайне давно не ремонтировался. Все в номере очень старое и ушатанное. Как будто попал в 80-е годы прошлого века. Ночью раздавались пьяные голоса и крики, что реально мешало спать.. При этом неадекватная стоимость номера. Никому не советую заселяться в этот отель!

La relación calidad precio

Cons:

Nos quisieron cobrar 100€ extra diciendo que habíamos roto un sillón que no usamos, llegamos a la tarde y enseguida salimos a recorrer, regresamos a las 23hs y volvimos a salir a las 9hs, prácticamente no estuvimos más que para dormir y para peor nos quisieron cobrar eso y el pago de la estadía lo quisimos pagar con tarjeta crédito y nos decían que no se podía, y si… se podía porque luego nos lo cobraron con tarjeta de crédito

Renovierung überfällig
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sauberes Bettzeug und Badezimmer

Cons:

Das Ambiente stammt gefühlt aus den 80ern. Die Federkernmatraze liegt in den letzten Zügen. Teppiche finde ich in Hotels ohnehin problematisch denn die lassen sich kaum hygienisch reinigen. Gemessen an der alten Ausstattung fänd ich 60 EUR angemessen.

Lovely.
Pros:

Location great. Easy to get anywhere in and around Berlin by tram or bus. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Good daily cleaning service. Quiet. Definitely worth the price.
