Cheap but quite squalid. Don’t expect service, do expect long check in times

Close to train station

Cons:

Room not ready for check in. Went away for an hour, room still not ready. Desk sent cleaning staff who then were quite aggressive in asking us to leave the room (we had paid for and would like to actually use) while they cleaned. Shower filthy. Bedside lamp broken. Ceiling falling down in balcony.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.
Pros:

Das 2-Zimmer-Appartment ist geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und die Nahversorgung ist perfekt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Cons:

Die Lattenroste der Betten wäre zu erneuern. Die Festigkeit ist nicht mehr gegeben. Lageänderungen im Bett werden geräuschvoll begleitet.

Świetne miejsce dla ludzi chcących zwiedzić Berlin.
Pros:

Miła obsługa, doskonała lokalizacja, niska cena, wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel, czyste ręczniki. Własna kuchnia. Czysty i nie zatkany brodzik prysznica. Sklep spożywczy po drugiej stronie ulicy. Bardzo blisko tramwaj na Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Wiele sprzętów wymaga wymiany, ściany kabiny prysznicowej zapuszczone, suszarka do włosów, zapewne zniszczona przez niegdysiejszego klienta, nadal pozostawiona do użycia.

The staff was unfriendly, it was not clean, no facilities to make coffee or tea, my husband had to sleep without bedding for the first night, no fan in the room and it was very hot outside

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά προσωπικού

Η περιοχή καθώς είχε πολύ καλές συγκοινωνίες. Τραμ και στάση λεωφορείου σχεδόν δίπλα. Επίσης το κατάλυμα είχε δύο μπάνια. Πολύ βολικό για 5 άτομα.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό ήταν απαράδεκτο! Την ημέρα άφιξης μου ζήτησαν να πληρώσω το ποσό της κράτησης με μετρητά γιατί είχε χαλάσει το μηχάνημα συναλλαγών με κάρτα! Επέμεναν ότι έπρεπε να δώσω έστω το μισό ποσό και το υπόλοιπο την άλλη μέρα! Έδωσα σε μετρητά το 1/3 του ποσού γιατί τόσα είχα πάνω μου και την επόμενη μέρα που έφτιαξε το μηχάνημα απαιτούσαν να εξοφλήσω το ποσό πάλι με μετρητά! Δεν έχω ξαναδεί τέτοια συμπεριφορά από πλευράς προσωπικού εν τέλει μετά από έντονη διαμαρτυρία μου δέχτηκαν να εξοφλήσω το ποσό με κάρτα.
