- Esprit même d'un "appart hotel" non respecté, kitchenette bien équipée mais malheureusement la hote et la plaque étaient non fonctionnelles; la seule solution proposée par le personnel était de se faire livrer par un Ubereat... C'est bien dommage

- Inaction totale du personnel sur place face aux clients qui font un tapage (une fête) de 4h à 7h du matin.... C'était normal

- Salle de bain équipée de baignoire mais malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu y prendre un bain car absence du bouchon de ce dernier.

Pros:

I really appreciate the property’s location; it's conveniently close to the city centre. The room was spotless and well-kept, and the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to meet any needs I had.

Cons:

The hotel has a policy of cleaning the rooms every five days, so my room wasn't cleaned during my entire three-night stay. Although they provided a coffee set, it wasn't refilled at all throughout my stay, and the trash bags were not collected.

L'emplacement, la tranquillité

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners que nous n'avons pas eus. Le personnel nous l'a dit seulement à la fin du séjour, vraiment très nul.
On n'étaient pas au courant, donc inutile de nous le dire le jour du départ vraiment débile.

Personnel à l'écoute et de bon conseil pour les déplacements depuis l'hôtel.
Le monsieur de l'accueil s'est déplacé pour le soucis avec la douche.

Cons:

Le bouton qui sert a passer de bain a douche bloquer. Le monsieur de l'accueil est venu pour arranger les choses....

Ich hatte einen rundum hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich willkommen gefühlt – das Personal war äußerst freundlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail sowie die ruhige Atmosphäre, die für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat.
Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet: eine große Auswahl an frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen, die keine Wünsche offenließ.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal – sowohl für Geschäftsreisen als auch für einen Städtetrip perfekt geeignet.
Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder!
