Pros:

Отличная гостиница в самом центре города! Очень удобное расположение — все основные достопримечательности, кафе и магазины находятся в шаговой доступности. Особенно хочется отметить вкусные и разнообразные завтраки: большой выбор блюд, всё свежее и качественное. Также приятно удивила безупречная уборка номеров — каждый день поддерживалась идеальная чистота, полотенца и принадлежности регулярно обновлялись. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Остались только приятные впечатления, с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и рекомендую этот отель другим!

Wir kommen bestimmt nochmals zurück.

Die Lage, Frühstück, Personal

Cons:

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns zusätzlich Brötchen gewünscht. Außerdem wäre es ohne die Bodenteppiche noch angenehmer und hygienischer gewesen.

Excellent location at a very good value
Pros:

Perfectly situated, right near Republic Square and the Vernissage. An excellent value compared to other hotels in this neighborhood, which were either much higher priced or homestays. Staff were all welcoming, courteous and competent. Breakfast was very, very good, with some interesting Armenian specialties. Rooms a little outdated but very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

If you are booking within a year of this review, I suggest you request a room facing the street, as there is major construction going on behind the building. They don’t work at night, so this didn’t trouble me, but if you sleep late or nap during the day, it could be an issue.
