Tre giorni in Armenia
Pros:

Il letto in camera era molto grande e comodo.Il primo giorno ad attenderci c'era una bottiglietta d'acqua e le bustine di caffè per il bollitore ,poi non piu. L'hotel era molto vicino alla piazza della Repubblica

la sala è carina. la marmellata di albicocche.

Cons:

scarsa di offerta. qualche prodotto buono altri no. pane sempre insoddisfacente. Perlpiù prodotti preconfezionati scartati così come i succhi di frutta presi pari pari dalle bottiglie che trovi in supermercato.
Ho trovato assurdo l'orario. il servizio parte alle 8,00. il primo giorno con l'escursione a Tatev in effetti non abbiamo fatto colazione. Ho anche chiesto di anticipare un po ma hanno detto che non era possibile e che di davano una colazione a sacco che si è rivelata essere un panino. solo un panino. Questo non và affatto bene

Pros:

Мы с семьей второй раз остановились в гостинице "Европа", потому что это уютный отель в самом центре города.

Cons:

Больше не приеду. Я оплатил сразу за проживание за 7 ночей. Но планы изменились и я был вынужден уехать проведя только 2 ночи в отеле. Отель не вернул мне деньги за 5 ночей ни копейки. Разочарован!

Тихая и чистая гостиница, с вежливым персоналом в самом центре!
Pros:

Расположение- центр! Центрее только пять звезд с видом на площадь)
Гостеприимство- вежливые и готовые помочь сотрудники, на любую просьбу мгновенно откликались.
Тишина, соседей вообще не слышно, метро внизу слышно - это будто вдалеке проезжает трамвай) но это вообще не тревожит, даже обратили внимание не сразу.
Розетки были проблемой , так как их три и расположены неудобно, в ванной розетки нет, но есть фен. Полагаю, здание строилось далеко до появления сотовых) и прикроватные розетки тогда не были такой явной необходимостью.
Свет - в нашем 314 номере нет верхнего освещения, только у изголовья кровати. Если кому-то важен яркий свет, учтите это.
Завтраки стандартные, вкусные, все свежее. Сыры, колбасы отличные, не картонные!

С учетом цена - качество рекомендую.
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, рядом с вернисажем - ярмаркой сувениров, все главные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В стандартном номере чисто, уютно, каждый день убирают, меняют полотенца.
Завтрак - шведский стол, из горячего омлет, сосиски, вареные яйца, макароны, каша.
Персонал доброжелательный, внимательный, готовый помочь. В холле бар, можно выпить неплохой кофе.

Cons:

Под отелем проходит линия метро, то и дело слышно гул проходящего поезда. Впрочем, спать это не мешает.
Нет кондиционера, но, возможно, в номере категории повыше, чем стандарт, он имеется.
Нет тапочек, шапочки для душа.
На завтраке возле блюд стоят таблички с их названиями на трёх языках, но на русском нет, хотя гости говорят преимущественно на русском.

Pratique et confortable
Pros:

C'était le meilleur déjeuner de nos quatre hôtels en Arménie. Le personnel était très gentil. Le lobby est spacieux et confortable. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la ville à pied, notamment les parcs et la place de la république.

Cons:

Il n'y avait finalement pas de parking compris. Il y avait une seule place réservée avec des caisses le long de la rue mais notre voiture était trop longue pour s'y mettre. Les clients doivent finalement se parquer dans la rue très fréquentée et prisée. De plus, nous entendions et sentons le passage du métro durant la journée.
