If I go to Yerevan again, I would stay again at the Europe Hotel. No question.
Pros:

Location great - very close to the City Centre.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly, not just about the hotel but also advice on the city and booking a restaurant table for us. They spoke good English.
The hotel was clean and well cared for.

A nice hotel in the city center with a huge potential.
Pros:

Convenient location, close to the Republic Square.
Very good WiFi.
Kind staff, good breakfast, good value for the money.

Cons:

The carpet needs to be replaced.
It did not bother me personally, as I usually use my own devices on WiFi, but may be pointed out as an improvement advice, the TVs have only analogue channels, so no HD, and no multimedia features, like Google Chromecast, Apple TV or similar.

Расположение, завтрак норм. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Гостиница расположена, видимо, рядом с метро. Несмотря на то, что номер был на третьем этаже, четко ощущался каждый проезд поезда (шум и вибрация). Кроме того, что-то щелкало в кондиционере, спать было невозможно. Вынужден поставить низкую оценку к сожалению. Из-за плохого сна день был испорчен.

Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, very good breakfast. Cleanliness, friendliness, price. I really liked everything.

I am not going to stay there next time for sure

Cons:

There is construction of new buildings going on around the hotel.
The hotel itself is quite old, and the bathroom fixtures work accordingly – the thermostat provides hot and cold water at its own whim, and the shower head sprays water in all directions.

The hotel service was unpleasantly surprising...
I asked for an extra towel – they refused. I asked for black tea instead of green tea – also refused, with the explanation: "not allowed."

I do not plan to stay there again.
