Pros:

The hotel lobby was very nice. They created many fun option like board game , library , area map , story night , etc. Stuff are very sweet and polite. We enjoyed breakfast ( 2500 yen ), not too many selection but just right. Dining area kept so clean.

Pros:

細やかなサービスや、スタッフさんの笑顔や気持ちのよい対応は、やはり星野リゾートさんです。
今回はとてもお値打ちな部屋でしたので、価格の点でも大満足です。

便利な街なかにあるので、駐車場はやや不便なのは仕方ないですが、今回利用した近い駐車場はすぐ満車だったので、遅くのチェックインだと荷物の移動などちょっと不安かなぁとは思いました。

Big concerns on hygienic condition
Pros:

This trip I stayed with the hotels within Hoshino resorts multiple times. OMO7 Asahikawa is so far best among those because of the room design and breakfast provided.
However I was really concerned about the hygienic situation in this OMO7. The glass in my room was used before I checked in. I was extremely disappointed as this should not happened in Hoshino resorts. I am really hesitate to visit Hoshino resorts again.
Similar to other OMO hotels the drinking water machines were located in specific floor only and it is inconvenience to the customers. Can drinking water machines provide in each floor?
