I have visited taj falakunama palace for my wife’s birthday… I have to say that this is the best stay i ever had and Staff at taj falakunama palace made the stay really memorable.
The hospitality is top notch and they made us feel like we are royal princes…. Food was awesome and special thanks to F&B team Sudhakar, Santhosh, Nasar and Jagjeevan who served the best food i ever had..
I also would like to thank Mr. Nasir who made a grand welcome and helped during check in and check out. Mr.Shiba who made our check out process very smooth and finally Sunanya duty manager who guided us in all possible ways.

I had the perfect vacation at Taj. The property is gorgeous and royal. The staff is so sweet. It feels like you are the only guest in the whole hotel; that’s how they take care of you. Perfect stay.

A wonderful property that makes you feel like absolute royalty in every aspect. The rooms are very spacious with a garden just outside every room. The activities are also wonderful. As always, the service from Taj is impeccable. A special mention to Sudhakar ji at the restaurants, who made us feel like we are being served in his personal home.

In House keeping: Ishwar, Banasree, and others whom names have slipped off from my mind.

At the gate : Deepak, Md. Rahmat, and Pappu.

Chauffeur: Raheem was fantastic.

This was my 4th visit to Falaknuma, and every time I visit, I feel the same desire to come back again. There is a unique sense of peace, elegance, and comfort that makes this place truly special.

The staff is exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to serve with genuine care. A special mention to Mr. Abid Shake, the manager, who takes care of guests in the best possible way and makes sure every little detail is handled with warmth and attention.

The Falaknuma was an amazing experience with a great spa, fantastic service and delectable food. Sudhakar and Santosh took personal care of us and ensured we experienced Falaknuma to the maximum possible.

We went to Taj Falaknuma palace in the occassion of my birthday. The entry is exit is a wonderful experience. The lavishness, richness and elegance is of a different level.

The staff are very cooperative and friendly. From Satya who received us in the place to all the staff are very accomodative.

Special mention to their restaurant. It has a variety of food. Chef pradeep has done excellent job in executing and curating each course. Special mention to executive Sudhakar garu who looked after us through out each course meal from starters to desserts, he did commendable job in serving us. He kept in asking for more servings and feedback on each dish repeatedly with always a smile , which made us feel royal. I thank him for his service.

Stay at the Taj Falaknuma Palace turned out to be an experience beyond expectations. The property itself, being an Royal palace, is replete with elegance, luxury and historical artifacts which other 5 star properties can hardly match. Additionally and even importantly was the service itself. The whole team from the front desk and the restaurant was top class. I would like to specifically mention Nasar Abdul, restaurant manager who delivered customer delight with his team for the dining experience we had during the stay. He is perfectly apt for this property and for the very high customer expectation one carries while staying at this property. I definitely would plan another trip to relive the wonderful experience.

Went to celebrate my son’s birthday and what a place to do it. Taj Falaknuma gave us a truly royal experience from the moment we arrived till checkout.

Service was top-notch with nothing to complain about. The rooms are elegantly done and carry that old-world palace charm. Check-in was so smooth - Mr Abid from the front desk received us right at the entrance, took us directly to our room, and the entire check-in was done in under five minutes. Special thanks to Mr Abid, he’s truly an asset to the property and set the tone for our stay.

Dining was another great experience. The staff are well trained and patiently guide you through the menu if you’re confused. Special thanks to Mr Mustafa who was very attentive and helped us pick the perfect dishes for the celebration.

The location and ambience are unmatched. Peacocks roaming the property, the heritage palace tour, high tea with a view, and finally live qawwali on the lawn in the evening - that was the cherry on the ice. Absolutely mesmerizing and a lifetime memory for our family.

Fantastic and good memorable experience, it was our 25th wedding anniversary and almost all the staff made sure that we should take good and lifetime memory's from the Falaknuma Palace. We are really thankful to all the staff especially Ms. Kavya for guiding us, Mr. Sudhakar, Mr. Salman, Ms. Gouri, Chef-Mr. Santosh in the dining. Also special thanks to Mr. Asif for his wonderful explaination of the historical Falaknuma Palace. We really appreciate the hospitality and will again plan to celebrate our Diwali festival in the Palace.

Many of the dishes brought back childhood memories. They prepared customised dishes which are out of the menu. Really enjoyed the delicious food. The grandeur, service, hospitality and attention to detail at the Taj Falaknuma palace are truly world class. We left with unforgettable memories.

The experience was amazing. Attention to every detailing of the palace, in room amenities & many more is what Palace offers you. The difference between 99.9 to 100% is what you see & experience it. Excellent food & experience. Came here for my 1st year anniversary and everything was top notch. Special mention to Sudhakar and chef Kaushal who were absolutely welcoming and served us really well.
