We came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and really we had such a pleasant experience and my wife was really pampered by the staff by sending cakes multiple times and every time it was surprise.
Specially I would like to Thank Mr.Sudhakar, Mr.Santosh .Ms.Nasar and Chef Pradeep for surprising us with a special Basuri songs, Superb cake ,Special card with flowers.
We are touched with their hospitality for sure and feel to come for every birthday celebration in my family for sure as we can not give better gift than this

We recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Taj Falaknuma Palace for 2 nights with our family, and it was a spectacular experience from start to finish. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, impeccably maintained, and truly makes you feel like royalty.

The highlight of our visit was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. We want to give a massive special thanks to Aabid ji, who expertly guided us through the booking process and provided excellent, personalized service throughout our entire stay. We also want to specifically recognize Rahmat and Sujal for their wonderful hospitality and warm smiles.

Food is a big part of any vacation, and the Chef absolutely delivered. We requested Jain food, and they provided the absolute best Jain dishes we could have asked for—our whole family loved it!

Finally, since we visited during the festival, the hotel organized a fantastic Holi celebration right inside the property. It was safe, brilliantly organized, and the kids had an absolute blast.

One should truly spend money on experiences. My stay at Taj Falaknuma Palace was nothing short of royal and calming—an experience everyone should have at least once.

The palace itself is breathtaking, and the view of the city from above is simply mesmerizing. The food is absolutely delicious, adding to the charm of the entire stay. From the horse carriage ride, the shower of rose petals, to the palace tour with its fascinating history, every moment makes you feel part of a royal legacy.

The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. If you visit, do meet Sudhakar Nasar Sumanth from the staff. They are extremely hospitable and ensures your stay is comfortable, memorable, and that you are always well taken care of.

On the second leg of our planned curated tour of Hyderabad’s luxury icons, staying one night at each to experience the city's finest we transitioned from not so luxurious experience at another luxury chain, to the truly luxurious experience at Taj Falaknuma, where they make you feel nothing short of royalty. Right from the welcome till check out the the entire experience is curated and made to make one feel special through out.
Having previously experienced the legendary hospitality of the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, we are firmly convinced that the Taj Heritage properties are in a league of their own. The staff curate an experience that makes every family member feel genuinely special. Their hallmark attention to detail was evident at every turn.
However, even in a palace, there is room for refinement. We experienced frequent power outages during our stay, and the lag time for the backup generators to kick in was longer than expected for a property of this stature. Probably the old infrastructure plays a part ?Additionally, while the ambiance is unmatched, the dinner experience for resident guests could be elevated to better align with the impeccable standards seen throughout the rest of the stay.
Despite these minor technical hitches, the Taj Falaknuma retains the crown of Hyderabadi hospitality

There is probably no other place outside home that can take care of anyone as well as Taj Faluknama . They smile 24*7, they care , they shower you with so much extra attention , world’s best food , best of the best live music and a palace stay with so much heritage . Cant ask for anything better for our 20th marriage anniversary celebrations .

Special kudos to Mr. Sudhakar , Mr. Nasar , Mr. Jwala who took special care of us . The entire team in Faluknama is infact wonderful including tourist guide lady ( forgot her name ) who gave a 1 hour tour of the palace .

We will visit again and again and highly recommend this place for your birthday or anniversary celebrations .

Our evening at Taj Falaknuma was nothing short of breathtaking. The transition from the golden sunset to the palace's evening glow creates an atmosphere that is truly world-class. The food was exquisite, and the on-ground staff deserve a standing ovation—their attentiveness and warmth made us feel truly royal.
However, the booking process was a stark contrast. I had to follow up multiple times over the course of a week just to secure our reservation. The lack of proactivity from the reservation team was disappointing and didn't align with the high standards of the Taj brand. While the evening itself was flawless, the administrative stress beforehand is something the management should definitely address
