Great experience and amazing hospitality. We were treated royally and made very good memories.

Sudhakar and Nassar took very good care of us. Sudhakar was with us for breakfast and dinner assisting us with the delicious meal.He is a professional who will really make your stay memorable.

Outstanding experience! Great place to stay, Vibe is celestial. Palace is stunning. Peacock sighting is amazing. Staff is very helpful and warm. Hospitality of the team is great. Special mention of Mr Nasar & Mr Sudhakar from Celestial restaurant for going out of way, many times, to make us keep feeling special!

It was a pleasure to celebrate our special occasion along with our family in such a magnificent palace. Our stay at Taj Falaknuma Palace was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered. The horse cart ride to the entrance and the lotus petal shower made us feel like royalty. Every staff member we met was friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful.
A special thanks to Sravaya at the front desk for her warm welcome and for arranging our upgrade to the ShahJahan suite. It made our stay even more special.

The highlight for us was Chef Kaushal Singh. He took great care to understand our Jain dietary needs and ensure strict adherence to a separate kitchen setup for our meals. He curated a special dinner for us and did the same for breakfast the next day. He stayed with us throughout the meal, making sure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you also to Dhanajay, who took care of all our needs during our early dinner. The Qawwali night in the evening was great to watch, and the early morning peacock sightings were a pleasant surprise.

The palace tour was fantastic and gave us a real sense of the heritage. The spa therapists were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing couple massage. Before we left, Sravaya surprised us with handcrafted gifts. Such a thoughtful touch.

Overall, an experience we will cherish.

This was an amazing experience throughout. Right from the checkin, morning strolls to evening dinners. This place sets a new benchmark for hospitality. I want to especially recognize Nasar for the amazing experience he and his team extended. He and his team are warm, ever present and willing to go an extra mile to ensure a seamless experience. His personal touch and dedication towards experience enhancement has definitely encouraged us to visit more frequently l. Also want to extend my thanks to Sudhakar in Adaa and Mounika for making our in room stay comfortable.

1. Soak in the royalty and the history of the Nizams which is very well maintained and preserved
2. Experience world class hospitality - super rooms, warm staff, amazing food, great activities and a beautiful property to explore.

This can't be possible without a well-oiled machinery so kudos to each and every person of this team for his/her tireless efforts to make it possible.

Here's to some of those who made our stay very comfortable: Rakshita, Sumanth, Sujal, Hanif, Phaljit, Amjad (who made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped into the main gate), Aabid (for a great orientation and check-in process), Shiva (who hosted an energetic yoga session), Raeez (who hosted an amazing palace tour), the chefs who dished up some amazing food.

A great place to choose esp if you are looking for options to celebrate occasions. Truly worth the experience.

Spectacular stay with highly courteous staff. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they planned surprise events with live music. Peacock viewing is a must see along with horse buggy ride experience. Breakfast at goalbunglow is a stunning experience and the staff members especially Mr. Sudhakar, Santosh and Nazar make sure that you try all the palace specials.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The beautiful location, the stunning palace, and the warmth and hospitality of every staff member made this a truly memorable stay.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the service was always prompt and efficient. I would especially like to recognize Naser and Sudhakar at the restaurant for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to cater to our every request and ensured that every meal was a wonderful experience.

The location was beautiful and peaceful along with the historic setting. The city view breakfast was incredible and the rooms were perfect. Made us feel like royalty for the day! The food was also excellent and they did a great job celebrating the occasions. We also really enjoyed the spa at the Taj!

Had an excellent time at the Taj Falaknuma on our recent visit. We were pampered and greatly taken care of! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Right from taking care of our dietary restrictions to making sure we were well fed. The rooms were large and they made our celebrations feel bigger. This place made us feel like Royalty! From the very grand entry in a lovely horse drawn carriage, shower of rose petals, to the luxurious room...every part of this hotel spells luxury and royalty. A special shout out to Restaurant Manager (not sure of the designation) Nasar and also Sudhakar who looked after our every preference at every meal. They made fabulous recommendations, chatted with us about the grand property, understood our tastes and even went out of their way to make things available to us that were at times not on the menu. The word 'no' was something we didnt hear for 2 whole days! The 2 of them made meal times an unmatched experience. Thank you Nasar and Sudhakar.
We also enjoyed the spa and every curated experience by the hotel...the peacocks viewing, the historical tour, the sufi evening, the high tea...everything top notch. Thank u Team Taj Faluknama!

The staff is amazing! They make you feel at home! It was a great experience and the service was so amazing! I wonder what they teach at training to ensure they are so amazing!
