Gentillesse du personnel mais ne vaut pas son prix
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la nourriture est pas mal, le calme et la beauté du lieu

Cons:

La situation géographique un peu loin, le manque d’animation dans l’établissement, la piscine des enfants pas allumé

Pros:

plage et restaurant très bien.
Par contre, il y a un vrai problème de serviettes à la plage, il n'y en a jamais de disponible passé une certaine heure
de la matinée.

Cons:

Nous avons détesté les chambres sur l'eau.
Beaucoup trop petites, pas de rangement, pas de belle vue.... , cela bouge !
Nous avons changé de chambre pour une classique ( qui était très bien ) par contre, sans récupérer la différence
tarifaire.

Das Hotel liegt am Strand.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wenn man unten schläft. Die Zimmer werden nicht automatisch jeden Tag gesäubert. Handtücher werden nicht ausgewechselt. Ich musste jeden Tag nachfragen.

Un sejour au paradis

La chambre qui donne sur l'océan, la plage, la piscine prestige, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de toute l'équipe, la variété et la qualité du buffet,

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol concerne la literie qui n'était pas au niveau du reste. Mais le grand luxe, c'est l'emplacement, la mer, le bruit des vagues, la plage, les palmiers.

Nice beach resort and good facilities
Pros:

The location by the beach was great. We liked the novelty Floating cabin which had a great bath. The food selection at breakfast and dinner buffets was good and the food pretty good too. Staff were generally attentive too. Evening entertainment was good as was the beach bar. We also enjoyed the use of a jet ski

Cons:

The floating room was pretty small and tight and it does rock like a boat so not good if anyone gets seasick. We both had upset stomachs which we believe was from the food. The resort was big and busier than we expected but still good.

Disappointed!!!!
Pros:

Location and beach. Food variety was good.

Cons:

Needs some updating. Not cleaned properly. Lounge chairs on deck full of dust. You could not sit up there. You pay extra for the boat rooms and you can’t even sit on the deck because it is full of dust.

The internet was horrible. In and out as other reviews mentioned.

Not worth the price charge. Not worth a penny more than $200 per night. Very disappointed. Will not recommend or stay there again.

For the enormous price I paid I expected better service and a clean room. In our first room the internet and tv did not work. The door scanner broke the first day. Imagine having to go to the reception area every time you needed to enter your room to have a worker “break” into your room because the door scanner had a dead battery and no one knew how to fix it.

Then you demand a new room only to get a room with wine splattered all over the wall. Why didn’t they paint over it or put new wallpaper up. Just negligent and unacceptable.

The gym needs renovation. Old and outdated.

Waste of money.
