Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

Very lovely hotel, service was excellent and location as well. Our children loved to stay in the kidsclub - we normally not use kidsclub but they preferred that compared to be in the pool or go with us.

We have stayed at many five-star hotels in Bangkok, but the Siam Kempinski is in a league of its own. From start to finish, the service was exceptionally attentive and it felt like they could read our every wish.

A few highlights that made our stay unforgettable:
• The Staff: Their dedication to the guests is palpable. Every interaction was warm and professional. Loved the WhatsApp communication service!

• Family-Friendly: Traveling with a two-year-old can be challenging, but the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. It was truly an exceptional experience for the whole family.

• Housekeeping: A huge thank you to the room service team! The room looked absolutely perfect every single day—their attention to detail is incredible. Really!

• The Buggy Service: The complimentary golf cart transfers to nearby hotspots made exploring the city so convenient and fun. Quick, easy and super friendly!

If you’re looking for a place where no wish remains unfulfilled, this is it. Thank you to the entire team for this amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay here, Cabana room was lovely and had great amenities.
Executive lounge food and drinks were fantastic as well as the service from the staff.
All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay feel very special.
A particular shout out to our buggy driver Mr. Arm (Amm?) who transported us back and forth in the hotel to shops and was both helpful and engaging.
Overall a fantastic hotel that feels exclusive with great staff and we would definitely stay here again when we next come to Bangkok.

I have been staying at Siam Kempinski since 2012. I have tried a few other hotels over the years but have always come to back to the Kempinski because it is the best for many reasons.
Firstly, the hotel is well located in central Bangkok with the sky train on its door step as well as being connected directly to Siam Paragon. There are numerous other shopping malls and eateries of all nationalities and price ranges within easy walking distance.
Secondly, the hotel is beautiful; it’s lobby airy and impressive; the rooms are well maintained and everywhere is clean. There is a lovely swimming pool, spa and gym as well.
However, most importantly, it is the calibre of the staff from the parking attendant right through to managerial level. Every person I have met is a professional, helpful and genuinely welcoming. On this trip, a few have stood out and made my stay very enjoyable, so my thanks to Khun(s) Takky, Soup, Pankwan, Michaela. Sammy and Dew.
If you planning to stay in a room with access to the executive lounge, make sure you are staying in the Royal Wing as it is in the same building.
I am already looking forward to my next stay there!

Amazing stay upgraded to a Two storey cabana room from a single storey cabana. Service is second to none. Pool area is warm and inviting doesn’t feel as if you are in the city it’s an oasis of calm. Executive lounge service and food is exceptional everything has been faultless
Recently stayed at ritz and mandarin in KL and this surpasses them by miles can’t wait to return

Third time back in the space of year and the quality of service exceeded expectations again.

There was a minor issue to do with noise on the last leg of our trip due to variety of factors including existing guest. The hotel team resolved the problem the next morning and went above and beyond what was required. My family and I were taken care of and moved to a new room, but also upgraded to make up for the one nights inconvenience which was out of their control. Thank you for looking after us again.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful as usual from the bar, bell boy, concierge, reception, cleaners, drivers, airport staff and the breakfast team. They are all on point and aware of their environment.

The gym, pool, bar and spa are high quality and well looked after. The suites are fantastic… again my family loves the room. You can’t beat the location as well - great shopping, access to transport and also close enough to our relatives.

We should be back again in Dec 2026. It is really becoming a home away from home!

Whilst thoroughly modern in service and facilities this hotel exuded an old world charm. Staff were helpful and attentive and the hotel was spotless. Room facilities were of a high standard and I did not hear a single noise from corridor during my stay. Breakfast covered all cuisines. The swimming pool area was nicely landscaped and the pool staff extremely attentive. The hotel adjoins a shopping mall. It was a wrench to leave the hotel to enjoy the city sights.

Huge thanks to the amazing Kids Club team at Siam Kempinski! Smile, First, Aime, Fairy, and Jane — thank you for creating such a fun, welcoming, and thoughtfully planned space for the kids. The activities, energy, and care you put into every experience truly stand out, and it’s no surprise the Kids Club is his favourite place. We really appreciate the warmth, creativity, and joy you bring every day — it made our stay even more special.

Check in was wonderful, very friendly staff.
Turk on concierge was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, always greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to ensure our taxi drivers knew where to take us. He gave advice on best way to get to places. He is an asset to the hotel.
We enjoyed the executive lounge access, only had time to have the afternoon tea once during our stay, the lounge breakfasts were fabulous, great choice of freshly prepared food, the evening complimentary drinks and canapés were lovely too. All of the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and polite.
Our swim up room suite was gorgeous, housekeeping ensured we had everything we needed.
Wish we had booked to stay for longer to have time to enjoy the pool area and hotel restaurants. 3 days wasn’t long enough to do all of the sightseeing and relax!
We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit Bangkok. Thank you for a fabulous start to our time in Thailand.

In our opinion- the best hotel in Bangkok ( we experienced in the past some other luxury hotels. Attentiveness of the entire staff, ambience, maintenance and cleanliness are superb. We keep coming every year!

Back in Siam Kempinski for 5 days stay this Jan. We were so happy to see our good old friend Arm again today when he gave us a ride to CentralWorld. He is still as positive and cheerful as when we last met him in end 2024—and he even remembered us. His professionalism, warm service, and ability to share local culture truly stand out. Arm is definitely a great asset to the hotel, and it is this genuine hospitality mindset that keeps us coming back to Kempinski time and again.

Staying at Siam Kempinski always makes me feel warm. Everyone at Kempinski is truly fantastic. Surely we will be back again!

Amazing property. The pool area is an oasis in the middle of a giant city. And the service at the pool is fantastic. I especially want to shout out the incredible ambiance, drinks and bartenders at the lobby bar (Pik, Pang, View, Peary). We will definitely return. From this property we went to the Four Seasons in Chiang Mai and Ko Samui. I can say the service at the Siam Kempinski is equal (outstanding) as the service at the two Four Seasons.

Siam Kempinski Bangkok is a beautiful place in Bangkok where we had a pleasant time to have afternoon tea at the lobby bar and listen to beautiful harp playing by Ms Tongjuan Wang 🌷❤️

Siam Kempinski absolute elegance. The lobby is grand and impressive. Right from the start the first people that greet you when you pull up….. set the vibe of your experience. Hospitality is king here at the Siam Kempinski. The hospitality of the people made me forget the plane ride. My wife was satisfied with the service. Room service was quick. The mall is attached to the hotel via a walkway bridge. I would come back and do it again.

The hotel is extremely convenient, especially with its direct connection to an amazing mall, which made everything so easy when traveling as a family — dining, shopping, and entertainment were all just steps away.

The guest services team was excellent — well organized, helpful, and always responsive. What really stood out was the large number of kind well trained staff, which clearly ensures fast, efficient service at all times without feeling crowded or chaotic.

Overall, we truly loved this place. It’s a great choice for families, combining comfort, convenience, and very good service. We would happily stay here again.
