Great time starting and finishing my weekend at the hotel. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They took care of any and all my needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The room serves us well. Bathroom could use some love and attention, the toilet bowl needs some repairs (have to hold the handle up so the water turns off). The toilet paper holder is being held in with a ton of glue on the wallpaper, one good pull and that is bringing the wallpaper down. Shower door needs to be replaced and the shower pan needs either a deep cleaning or needs to re chalked.

The property is dated and needs an upgrade. Bathrooms are small and wallpaper needs refreshing. The morning breakfast hot items need to be thoroughly cooked. I stayed here 2 years ago and the property was in better condition. Also our room keys didn’t work each day and we stayed 3 nights. The only plus was the air conditioner was cold and worked well.

Pros:

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. The customer service was great. There was a little problem with billing but the morning desk person fixed it immediately. Breakfast was good as well

Property was conveniently near River center and I10 hwy. Room was clean. Only issue was room had a weird smell. Think A/C unit was causing the odor. Carpet needed cleaning. But not bad. Might have been the smell too. But would stay again.

Great value. Very nice overall.
Pros:

Great value. Clean. Bed and pillows were great. Bathroom was clean. Shower head was good. TV was a large LG model with a great picture. Plenty of electrical outlets around the bed for two CPAP users. Coffee was good. Breakfast was good. Will stay here again.
