La climatisation fait un bruit insupportable. On a fait venir un technicien et en résumé il faut choisir entre avoir trop chaud ou avoir un bruit insupportable

Good stay; could repeat.
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable accommodations . The room included various useful/complete amenities (Ex. Mini-fridge, drawers, ironing board, microwave, tv, desk, hair dryers, shampoo/cond., coffeemaker, etc.) and housekeeping service made the room feel nice and welcoming upon return from daily activities. Hotel had a great location; at walking distance from great food places (bakeries, restaurants, quick grab&go’s) and shopping places for going out or completing trip tasks. It also included a small, but comfortable lobby area and convenience store for quick pick-me ups & snacks. Accessibility to main hotel bathroom was at a slight disadvantage, since it was located going downstairs (with various narrow steps); nevertheless, overall experience was positive. Staff/personnel for luggage-storage, main desk, lobby assistance was friendly, helpful and informative, especially at the end of our trip to locate a driver and transportation towards the airport [very quick to solve and assist]. Would definitely consider staying again if my New York City trip plans needed to be near lower Midtown area :)

Great trip to NYC
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were so gracious and friendly. The personnel at the front desk always greeted us and offered help in any situation. With the World Cup and The Knicks playing the city was crazy.
The bar and restaurant staff also offered great food and service. Your rooftop bar had amazing views in the evening!
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
We had a wonderful experience.
