Will definitely stay here again
Pros:

Excellent location, close to subway I was able to get everywhere I needed quickly. Everyone at the front desk was exceptional.

Cons:

Only shortcoming, in this day and age its frustrating the rooms don't have USB ports to charge your devices

Super séjour, hôtel plutôt bien placé, chambre spacieuse !
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse, ce qui est rare à NYC!
La literie très confortable !

Cons:

Le chauffage un peu bruyant et l’isolation pas top mais on supporte largement
Le savon de la douche pas vérifié et on a fini le séjour sans shampoing dommage

Pros:

Nos dieron una habitación conectada con otra (con la puerta cerrada con llave), pero se escuchaba absolutamente todo: la cisterna, las puertas, cualquier ruido. La insonorización es prácticamente inexistente y, para el precio que tiene el hotel, me parece excesivo tener que escuchar todo lo que ocurre al lado.

Por lo demás, todo muy bien: la habitación es excelente, muy bonita, y las instalaciones son preciosas. Una pena que la insonorización no esté a la altura.

Good hotel & room, with terrible central heating.

The heater was so hot it made me sweat, then it would start blowing cold air that made me freeze.

Cons:

Check in was a challenge my credit card was over the limit for that day but I was able to secure the deposit that was not enough until the next day because it was about getting the funds I was not given the check in experience the room was paid in full for the entire week within 24 hrs. Not everyone is computer literate so scanning the QR code to find out about the hotel is frustrating and staff are not customer service. I was in the corner room to close to the service door so it was disturbing all night. I am allergic to dogs I asked the front desk she assured that no dogs than 2 dogs was accompanied with a guest in the dinning area staying at the hotel. I have marked it done as an expensive experience . The pictures that I saw were not the hotel that I checked into.

Great staff, great room for cost, great rooftop bar, convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location to Madison Square Garden. Rooftop bar was awesome. Seasonal set up and winter thee was really cool. BEST espresso martinis.

Cons:

No body wash for the shower. Had to use soap (hotel provided bar of soap)

Absolutely amazing will stay again
Pros:

Amazing location, staff was amazing. So sweet and had amazing customer service
