Room backed into another building but that’s just because of location so nothing the hotel could do about that

Location was great, clean and comfy for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, would stay again.
The only thing was the air con unit was at the side of the bed which was slightly noisy.

room view of Empire State which was a bonus ! Rooftop bar also had great night time views , great Irish bar opposite hotel for cheaper drinks and cosy Pub feel. Close to Chelsea village and Subway into Times Square two stops , very close to Madison square garden , Chinatown and little Italy short Subway ride
A/C was efficient but on the noisy side , but apart from that room and bathroom clean and well maintained, stayed on 20th floor so no road noise and superfast lifts
