Everything
Nothing
I loved the location of the Hilton. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very enjoyable experience.
The bathtub drain did not drain properly. While showering, the water did not flow through the drain quickly enough, causing it to accumulate in the tub.
Hotel was fine. There’s so much to see and do in the city, with great public transport, that it’s difficult to be in a bad location. Short walk to some key tourist spots.
Was fine for what we paid but nothing special about the stay.
Very clean and good location. Spacious room and nice ambiance
Great check in experience and check out. Would definitely recommend.
No water bottles (the least to be served) in the rooms. Guess we were asked to fill from the Gym which is weird and not up to a hotel like Hilton standards.
No slippers, restroom kits ..etc
Breakfast m food options are limited ( not included as well)

Location was ok but the facilities and the general cleanliness and staff were not great. Won't be staying there again!!
Facilities and staff.
Nice clean room, central location
Bit crowded, late check in
Central location, great breakfast and you cannot go to any floors without a key card which ensures added peace of mind!
The majority of the front desk staff I dealt with had a poor attitude from the very first check-in experience. Not a smile between any of them, very unbothered and at worst hostile, and for the first time in 20+ years of staying at hotels I felt actively not welcome. This was also evident during other occasions such as as asking whether they have an umbrella I could use during a downpour and being told they’re all out in a very dismissive manner.
Whilst I enjoyed the breakfast, there was an occasion where I couldn’t get a hold of anyone from room service to order for 10-15 minutes. I finally received a call back (after I called the front desk for a second time to see if they could connect me )after 15-20 mins, but was then told told their coffee machine isn’t working so only filter coffee is available.
Whilst this is central NY and you have to be reasonable with expectations, note that the rooms are quite small and they have an old AC ground up unit that makes a lot of noise when switched on.
All in all, I would sadly not stay there again.
