Perfekte Lage nah am Strand mit einfachen Zugang zu World Trade Center (Konferenz Site) mit dem Bus oder U-Bahn. Aussicht nach dem Meer war super. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe… Ramblas Poblenou war Kuhl Abends und mit Leute gefüllt.
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Bei Nacht hatte ich die Fenster voll offen, aber ein Nachmittag muss ich da sein um an einem Zoomtreffen teilzunehmen. Es war vermutlich 28 Grad in meinem Zimmer. Auch nur eine von den Aufzügen funktioniert. Es hat immer gedauert am 7. Stovk zu kommen. Es ist Zeit für eine Renovierung.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, der Strand 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Das ganze Hotel ist in einem baulich schlechten Zustand. Es wird kein Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Beim Frühstück sollte man nicht in die Ecken schauen.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an Rezeption. Sauberkeit im Zimmer tipptopp und sehr freundlich, ausreichend ausgestattetes Frühstück, war alles vorhanden und wurde schnell und reichlich nachgefüllt, Service Kräfte beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Lage des Hotels super, Strand Nähe und Bus und Metro in der Nähe, alles 6 bis 12 Minuten entfernt. Für die Stadtbesichtigung optimale Lage. Ruhig gelegen. Zimmer in der 5. Etage mit Blick zum Wasser, sehr ruhig, empfehlenswert !! Preis Leistung tipptopp, 180€ pro Nacht mit Frühstück im DZ !! Jederzeit wieder!! Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal !

The hotel has no security checks for people allowed to enter their lobby. I had my purse stolen (in full view of a staff member at front desk)., . Suitcases are also stored with no claim checks to prevent thefts from luggage claim. also access is not restricted to hotel staff. There is a known threat of hotel lobbies being worked by gangs , this was confirmed by police when i filled out a report. For security reasons would not recommend this hotel. I think they are partially responsible for loss of my passport and cancellation of my holiday. Stay at your own risk.

We had a great stay at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights was the excellent service, especially from David, the young waiter.
His dedication and professionalism really stood out, both during dinner and especially at breakfast, when it was very busy. Despite the rush, David remained attentive, kind, very helpful, and efficient.
The hotel is truly lucky to have him!!!
Another big advantage of the hotel is its great location, close to beautiful beaches and the metro.
Overall, we had a very positive experience.
Overall, everything was okay and we don’t have any major complaints. We were a little surprised by the price of renting a bike compared to their condition, but maybe we are wrong. Still, we didn’t dare to rent them :)
