It is very nice and quit area. The hotel staff was very nice and professional.

It was amazing

This is the worst experience of my life that I choose to stay here for almost a month. As soon as I entered here my journey of suffering started. reception told me that there is no trolly men and it is self service. Imagine you are coming with all that luggage from airport and then you are taking all that luggage by yourself to your room.
It appears they are owned by indian management because everyday for 30 days we were served indian style breakfast. Everyday same indian dishes. This is not international standard. I saw people didn't like the food because this chef is from south Indian and everyday he was making south Indian dishes. he even don't know how to make an omelette.

Staff is very rude here. Except they guy Alex. Everyone here talks like they are in charge here and owns the building. They dont know how to talk to guest. I am not going to recommend this at all as I stayed here for almost a month because I did a big mistake to make a payment of all month as this was my first trip to Dubai. In all the world guest are treated with respect but I felt lot of misrescpect here. I was feeling like I am not in Dubai rather in India.

I am going to start a social media compaign against this and possibly file the charges of misrescpect because this unacceptable.

Don't ever stay here for long term otherwise you will regret. Go to some international hotel chain like holiday inn etc.

The location of the hotel is near a metro station making it fairly easy to use the metro. The room were clean and quite organised. The staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel should desist from charging for an early check in, too commercial in my view. Meals, the staff instisted on payments instead of just automatically charging the room.

There was a bleach smell in the room, beds were uncomfortable. Room infrastructure was plain and depressing AC don’t function well, had to change my room but same thing with other rooms. Buffet breakfast was not worth at all they served lentils with rice

Quiet location if a bit far from everything

Good for 3 star hotel. If they could offer better breakfast that would be great! e.g pay attention to offer fresh croissant and fresh fruit jam.

Good hotel. Rooms are good size and practical.
Very clean and tidy, nice decor

Reception staff were brilliant.
Always had a smile.
I forget the name of one of the men on reception but he always wore a dark purple shirt and was always so friendly.
Food was fab and a lovely atmosphere in outside bar.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel and amazing everything! Probably my go to again. Peace.
