Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Pets are allowed, for a supplement of €39/week. (7€/night).

Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodations is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department. Contact the residence directly or the reservations department for pricing.

Empfang sehr höflich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Ausstattung der Küche nur das Notwendigste. Mobiliar teilweise schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Séjour familial pendant les vacances de La Toussaint.
Pros:

L'emplacement dans les Sables D'or et la piscine.

Cons:

L'appartement n'était pas assez propre, beaucoup de poussières autour des lits, toiles qui pendent du plafond et l'emplacement des lits superposés ( dans le couloir). Il faut le signaler dans l'annonce. Ce n'est pas une alcôve.

Bon séjour en famille
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le calme environnant (pas de circulation de voiture ), la bonne isolation dans l appartement, l'accueil agréable. le parking sécurisé.

Cons:

Nous avons moins aimé l'éloignement de la résidence des activités possibles (plages, restaurants, commerces etc..)

Es war sauber!
Die Zimmer und das Bad groß.
Personal freundlich und informativ.
Parkplatz abgeschlossen und auch externe Parkplätze vorhanden.
Sehr gute Lage des Hotels und ruhig.
Preis-Leistung 80,-€/Nacht für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder aus meiner Sicht sehr gut.
Es hatte viele Sportmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Wir mussten die Betten selbst mit Bettzeug beziehen und bei Abreise wieder entfernen.
War ungewohnt aber auch nicht schlimm.

Environnement au top!
Pros:

Séjour agréable, grâce au personnel à l'accueil. L'hébergement en lui-même était propre et bien équipé, mais très simple et pas très chaleureux. Le gros moins : la literie de mauvaise qualité ! je me suis réveillée avec un mal de dos. Environnement au top par contre : à deux pas des sentiers côtiers, de la plage, et des restaurants et autres commodités des Sables-d'Or.

Pas une résidence hotelière
Pros:

Mon principal problème concerne le fait qu'en ayant réservé sur Hotels.com, je m'attendais à un service hotelier. A l'accueil, on repart avec un gros sac avec les draps, à charge pour nous de faire les lits et au départ à enlever les draps et les ramener, faire le ménage de la cuisine... il n'y a évidemment aucun service hotelier. Mis à part cette remarque importante pour nous, le cadre est très bien, vue sur le golf très calme, apartement agréable (simple type pierre et vacances).
