Ms Ha is the best hotel manager I've ever met! She is hands on in helping you make your itinerary and book it as well! She made me felt safe and welcomed in Vietnam! She has answers to all my questions! Kevin is very respectful and courteous! Thank you!

Last October, i stayed 14 nights altogether in this really quite delightful hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It was the winning team of Mrs Ha, the general manager and her whole team which made this hotel really quite special for me. My room was quite alright. Itcwas not too big but comfortable. The buffet breakfast which was included in the room rate was quite good. But it was the personal interest and the kindness that the whole management showed for their guests that made my quite long stay in this hotel so memorable. I actually already booked to return to this hotel in Hanoi for 8 nights starting from 29th November 2025. I am already much looking forward to staying in this hotel for the second time and to seeing Mrs Ha and her whole team in Hanoi again!!!✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

Gorgeous hospitality, very clean, plenty of building character and set in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. For the type of hotel it is and where it is situated it is excellent.

Our Hanoi experience is more than great and excellent. Ms Ha, Vy, Jeremy, Kevin, the cook (sorry forgot to ask his name) made our stay enjoyable and memorable. HANOI GRACEFUL HOTEL is really wonderful and excellent not only because of the services, daily delicious breakfast, cleanliness, affordable but also because of the people/staff behind it especially, Ms. Ha (Barbie). Special mention to the cook who specially prepared everyday our Pho fresh from the kitchen. The main dish changes everyday and i love them all during our 5-day stay. The location is so near & about 5-10 minute walk to the Train Street, Dong Xuan Market, Lotus Water Puppet Show, Hoan Kiem Lake, Beer Street, SAINT JOSEPH CATHEDRAL, etc. & to the Vietnamese Restaurants, Souvenir Shops. If you want to go somewhere, ask the staff in the lobby, they are more than willing to help you. They will encourage you to walk instead of taking Grab or Taxi to witness the vibrant Hanoi Life.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Hanoi Graceful Hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s vibrant streets, markets, and attractions.

A special shoutout to Ms. Lucky and Vi at the reception! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, or just making sure we were comfortable, their hospitality truly stood out.

The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

We had an excellent stay here. Ms Ha, the manager, and her staff were all so helpful and attentive. The rooms we had were spacious with good facilities including a/c and heating. Breakfast was decent. We arranged a couple of trips through Ms Hà and these were very good and well organised.

Brilliant stays and friendly staff. Loved the hotel rooms and the breakfast that was provided with the stay. Ms Ha Nguyen helped us a lot and assisted with the entire stay and with the tour booking for Ha long bay, Ninh Binh, and Sa Pa. Highly recommend her.

Ms. ha and the team (Jeremy and Kevin) are amazing! I only stayed for a night but these people are so helpful and accommodating. The location is near to all the tourist spot location. I must visit place either for solo or family and friends! I will surely come back with my family.

Very pleasant stay here. Hotel is situated in the centre of Old Quarter Hanoi so major sights are in walking distance. Tastefully decorated rooms with coffee & tea making facilities. Very kind and helpful staff. Good choice of breakfast. Would be happy to come back here!!

A lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it here and would happily recommend. We had a slight mix-up with a payment (our fault) and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

A lovely hotel in the old quarter of vietnam and a great place from where we can walk across the old quarter which becomes a lively spot in the night time. The rooms are a bit small though as compared to the pictures show , however there was no shortage of service and warmth of the folks at the reception and housekeeping which made up for the same. The breakfast spread everyday was great and one of the best i have seen in Vietnam across the hotels i have stayed.

Once again, Hanoi Graceful Hotel, proves top choice if you are looking for a value-for-money boutique hotel right in the middle of Old Hanoi City.

The hotel is managed by Ms. Ha Nguyen, who always welcomes us back like family.

She can also be trusted to organise your tours for you, down to the fine detail. We did a four-day trip to Sapa, and a one-day tour of the highlights of Hanoi, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, the Museum of Ethnicity, and the "Hanoi Hilton" POW gaol.

Its a nice hotel and mainly the manager, Ms Ha for nicely managing everything the tour to Halong bay, Ninh Binh, Bana hills and all. Breakfast was superb with a live counter and varieties. We will come back here again. The service is very good and would recommend this hotel everyone for food, good price and rates for good room.

The breakfast was good but not many options the rooms were very clean the place was were cozy and comfortable they helped us arranged we our day tours to ha-long bay and Ninh Binh. Good places to visit 😃😃🥳👍👍 the staff were really good and friendly too.

Location is perfect if you want access the old quarter by foot.

This charming hotel was perfect for my one week stay. The room was very clean, and had everything I needed. Ha and her team at the front desk are SO lovely and helpful! They helped me book a trip and made recommendations for things I was looking for in the old quarter. They also allowed a late check out, as my flight was leaving at night, and Ha also allowed me to use a room to shower, prior to departing for the airport.

I will most definitely be back to Hanoi and I will most definitely stay here again.

I just had an amazing stay at the Hanoi Graceful Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome, especially Ms. Ha Nguyen. She was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on her face, which really made my experience special.

My room was fantastic—clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony that offered a great view of the bustling street below. It was such a treat to sit out there with a cup of coffee, watching the vibrant life of Hanoi unfold right in front of me.
The location is another huge plus. It’s easy to get around, and there are so many great places to grab delicious Hanoi dishes nearby.

Overall, my time at the Hanoi Graceful Hotel was fantastic. With its lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, it felt like a home away from home. I can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Hanoi!

WOW .....It's awesome and Ms Ha Nguyen was guest friendly and informative bout trip where the hotel has cozy and beautiful rooms. The property is located at the right in middle where we get everything you need and just walking distance to have fun. The service was good with rightfully local info about the city and destination we desire. I Bet you won't regret staying in Gracefull Hanoi . Lovely Stayed

The hotel provides standard rooms that are clean and well-equipped. Although the surrounding noise can be somewhat bothersome, the overall experience is positive with a 4 out of 5-star rating 🥰. I particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony and appreciated the staff's kindness and attentiveness😍😍. Their warm service added a special touch to my stay. I hope my trip to Vietnam continues to be as enjoyable and memorable as this hotel experience.

The staff here are amazing. The hotel is older but clean, comfortable and our room had air con and a balcony. Ha the manager was AMAZING! She organised all our travel arrangements, in luding helping us find an ATM and replacing wheels on my suitcase. A wonderful experience
