This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many.
It actually used to be called the Ramada by Wyndham hotel and was really good, but it looks like it has recently been completely changed to EASTYARD Khobar hotel.
When I got to the reception I was greeted by a rude receptionist who was the only member of staff that couldn’t speak English and had customers translate to me that he could not find my booking on his system, even though I showed him my confirmation number, receipt and bank payment from my account.
I had to wait in the reception for hours and he gave me a buisness card with number to call after he said he couldn’t do anything. I called the number and the person said they’d check on their laptop and ended up finding my booking. I have never experienced this in my life and I stay in many hotels.
I hardly write reviews but I am writing one so no has to go through the same terrible experience.
Booked and paid for 2 nights but checked in to another hotel after one night! Multiple issues: fire escapes blocked, no hot water, only one working socket in room, 20min to check in, restaurant, breakfast quality, poor maintenance, lift with failing buttons . . .

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the numerous failures we encountered during our recent stay at your hotel. Our experience was marred by a series of egregious errors and oversights that reflect poorly on the competence and professionalism of your establishment.
Upon our arrival at 4 pm, we were informed that none of the three non-smoking rooms we had booked were available, despite our timely reservation. After a half-hour delay, we were reluctantly provided with two rooms, one of which was a smoking room, in direct contradiction to our explicit request for all non-smoking accommodations.
Furthermore, our ordeal continued when we discovered that none of the rooms were equipped with towels, rendering it impossible for us to take a bath or freshen up after our journey. Despite repeated requests, it took an astonishing two hours before we were finally provided with the basic amenity of towels.
This egregious oversight compounded the frustration and inconvenience we had already experienced due to the delayed room availability and the initial allocation of a smoking room. Such neglect of essential guest needs is utterly unacceptable and reflects a profound lack of attention to detail and guest care.
In addition to the aforementioned issues, the mishap involving the third room, which was already occupied by another guest upon our arrival, further exemplifies the disorganization and incompetence that plagued our stay.
As paying customers, we expected a seamless and comfortable experience, but instead, we were subjected to unnecessary stress and discomfort due to the multiple failures on the part of your staff and management.
In light of these egregious failures, I intend to leave a scathing review detailing the myriad issues we encountered during our stay, as a warning to potential guests considering your establishment. Furthermore, I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these systemic failures and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

When we arrived they make us wait till the rooms are ready .
So we asked for coffee but it was troublesome because the cafeteria and restaurant billed separately and took ages to sort out. That night, room service took an hour and a half, and the burger was disappointing.
The next day, we spent two hours waiting for just one towel, and when it finally arrived, we received only two towels for four people. What made matters worse was that each time we called, we were told the towel would arrive in 30 minutes, but it ended up taking two hours by the time it finally arrived while we were already gathered together.
After a long day, we returned at 7 pm to find that our room had not been cleaned. When I went to the reception to complain, the staff member apologized, explaining that they had received numerous complaints about housekeeping, internet issues, and room service.
He seemed genuinely ashamed and mentioned that he felt his hands were tied due to the volume of complaints.
Our experience was terrible.
Everything is si old in degrading manes.
Will find hair on the bed and som nuts on the floor indicateing that no cleaning is really condcted.
The bathroom smells bad next day and needs daily air refreshing
The staff are friendly and helpful but the property itself is pretty old and worn. Tired infrastructure and in today's society poor internet. A breakfast that is underwhelming and just lots of little broken things that need to be fixed. Feel for the staff who try really hard in what is an outdated property
It's our first time in KSA. Just randomly booked affordable hotel through booking.com . We had a great time! The hotel is clean with enough supply of toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Have easy access to the malls, corniche, restaurants, etc. Only concern is no hot shower but still worth the 5 ratings.
Very bad experience. Dirty Room, Broken Washroom tap and cracks on the walls and doors. Old Furniture and twin bed were not comfortable. Could not sleep well. The receptionist male was rude and hitting the door on the faces of the people despite knowing the customers are waiting in the que for check in. Requested for 2 towels but given 1 and when requested again they were asking to return the previous one first. Cant believe its Ramada Standard. Iron does not work and requested to replace and the one they changed it was also not working. Never stay in this hotel again.
Room was very dirty hair on the floor and bed, very bad smell in the room and huge maintenance problems. Breakfast was really bad no glasses or coffee cups only papper cups. Coffe is only instant coffe and very bad taste. Shocking experience never agian. Wall paper is peeling off the walls the wood of the door frames are rotten. The shower glass is very dirty. One 1 towel in the Bathroom not face or hand towles.
The Hotel did not replace a towel and I had to shower without one the next day as they did not deliver one even after talking to the Reception.
Room Service and other extensions are not manned as no one would answer my repeated calls.
The housekeeping staff took away the towel one day but did not put a fresh one. Another day, housekeeping did not clean the room at all. I only found these once I got back late evening after office. Not a Business hotel. Poor management and staff training.
The location and appearance is good parking issue was seen. Front desk staff was OK but kitchen and restaurant staff was bad. Overall experience was satisfactory need some drastic improvement. Staff need training to welcome guests.

Room cleanliness was not good. There were things left by the orevious occupants which were not removed by the staff. Essentials such as dental kit and grooming kits were not provided. Reception staff and front desk staff is really supportive. Location is great and property overall is satisfactory. Food quality can be improved.
Please don't visit RAMADA hotel. food not at all good.

I bought 2 Vouchers for RAMADA hotel. on the Voucher it was clearly mentioned about Buffet.
When we visit hotel, there was no buffet, no food Menu, no one to serve the food.
finally after some long discussion we try to order few items below.
Chicken Biryani,
Chicken Grill,
Fish Grill,
Soup.
We paid : 160 SAR foe these 4 items
We were waiting more than an hour, after asking several time they started with Soup.
here we like only fish. we tried to order one more then they refused to get.
They told its not buffet system, we only serve 3 Main dishes for 2 Vouchers.
We got surprised.
1st time in my hotels visit this type of hotel i have seen.
We are totally disappointed with this hotel.
Very taste less food, not at all Good.
We need any other hotel Vouchers with Best deal or what ever the best You can do for me.
Please we are not at all happy with the Voucher amount we paid.
