Very nice place to stay

Clean room. Pool area great.

Pool was pretty cool, temperature wise. I wiped up some water we spilled in the bathroom (#325) and was surprised how dirty the towel got when I wiped the tile grout.
Otherwise, the usual Hampton Inn EXCELLENT service and good decent breakfast food. Room was otherwise very clean and well maintained. We will stay again. We use Hampton Inns in Ohio, Pennsylvania and other locations we travel to and are seldom disappointed.

Good value. Clean and safe area. Nearby restaurants. Good breakfast.

The hotel is convenient to the interstate and it has plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service.
My only complaint was the cleanliness. Our room was not cleaned well. The end table had water rings that had not been wiped off, the furniture was so dusty I could write my name in it and there was a build-up of mold/mildew in the shower. Also the hallways smelled sour.

Everything necessary for a good nights sleep.

Only downfall was horrible water pressure.

Hotel was great! No worries about bugs or being dirty. Beds were decently comfortable. Only real complaint is the outrageous price. It's a basic hotel room coming nothing special other than it's clean and you don't have to stress about that part, but 160 to 180 dollars for one night is ridiculous. You also have to join Hilton Rewards or else you can't use the Wi-Fi without being charged which I thought was a bit absurd, but it took 30 seconds to sign up. Just kind of a ridiculous hoop they make you jump through

The establishment was very clean, with an exceptional staff. Truly enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere!

Everything was fine just except the air conditioner unit was very noisy

Had a short weekend stay. It’s very clean and the service was excellent. The kids loved the pool. This was the Perfect location to stay to see and explore the area and the Parks. Great waterfalls and The Sand mountain water park was Awesome.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Gadsden, Alabama. Overall, the experience was a mix of positives and a few challenges. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable at first glance. However, the air conditioning unit stopped working on our second night, which could have made things very unpleasant. Fortunately, the hotel staff was excellent—very accommodating and responsive. They acted quickly and got us moved into a new room with minimal hassle, which we really appreciated.

The main downside of our stay was the beds. Unfortunately, they were quite firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. If the mattresses were upgraded or at least a bit softer, it would greatly improve the overall experience.

That said, the cleanliness of the room and the responsiveness of the staff were definite highlights. With a few improvements, especially in bedding comfort, this would be an easy recommendation.

Great hotel great staff and wonderful place

The staff checking in was great despite an area power outage when we arrived. The dining staff was friendly at breakfast. I’d recommend this hotel.

Mattresses was old and lumpy

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

Staff was rude at check in and gave attitude when explaining room wasn’t ready on time. After the original staff went home the next lady was very sweet and got us into our room. Unfortunately there was still trash in the room from previous guests.
