Pros:

The pool was closed through April which was NOT stated upon reserving the room. The attendant who check us in was dismissive and arrogant stating it wasn’t their fault since it was booked through Booking.com. They are responsible for providing agents with updated information. The hallways reeked of marijuana. If it was cheap to stay there, and I mean cheap, it would pass for a place to rest, but this did not meet the projected profile whatsoever.

All in all we had a nice stay. It was pricey. But clean and comfortable..

Cons:

Kids were looking forward to the indoor pool but they told me they only open it during the summer months. This is something they need to mention on the website. This was the main reason we stayed here.

The bed was very comfortable, but I did notice some hair on it. I’m not usually the type to speak up because of my anxiety, but I did bring my own cleaning supplies and had to use them in both the bathroom and on the bed.

Cons:

I didn’t really like how much I spent for a room that wasn’t updated or worth the price. The bed was comfortable, but it wasn’t very clean — I noticed hair on it and the bathroom needed more attention. There was even a small drop of urine on the toilet before I used it. I paid $138 for one night, which felt too high for the condition of the room. I have anxiety, so I didn’t feel comfortable asking for a refund, but overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I hoped.
