I would stay there again, just because of the service.
Pros:

Unfortunately, I did not get to have breakfast at the hotel. But it smelled divine as I passed when I was checking out.

Cons:

For the price, I am not complaining. But it seemed like there needs to be a little TLC given to the appearance of the place...nicks in the paint, stained carpet. But the staff was wonderful.

Everything. The hotel is beat up, and not well maintained. There were people smoking Marijuana in the parking lot, staff didn't care. Breakfast was put out and not maintained, just a dirty run down facility.

Somewhat disappointed.
Pros:

Our beds were clean and quite comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

Our room (411) was in dire need of renovations. The carpet was worn completed through in one spot. The bathroom shower area was stained and had mold in corner of soap dish and along grout at floor line. We were told they only provide housekeeping every other day, which was fine, but the clean towels I requested were not delivered to our room. Also, I went down for breakfast the first morning and they said there was no more bread left for me to toast to have with my eggs. I am normally very forgiving with minor shortfalls but there were just to many on this occasion to overlook. I appreciate your interest regarding the status of customer satisfaction and hope my response with help with future improvements.
