Perfect stay if you’re looking for a reasonable rate with no frills.
Pros:

Perfect location. Easy in and out. Easy parking. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Over all, a decent value.
Pros:

Room was fine. Bed was fine. Location was fine.

Cons:

Shower looked dirty. Water valve very sticky. no adjustment of flow from shower head.

Close to town

Cons:

No elevator the floors were so dirty my socks and bare feet were black after walking on them. No blow dryer, I think they are charging way to much for no accommodation and no pool false advertising.

A well-priced, excellently located motel with extremely kind staff who care a lot about helping their clients.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were so helpful and kind.

Cons:

The rooms and amenities are pretty bare bones but still an exceptionally good value.

Pros:

Location.
Room was clean.
Front desk staff was great.

Cons:

Bed was only ok. Sank to center. May have just been missing middle support.

Way too old. Waste of money. Maybe worth $20 but paid $120. Less comfortable than a fold up chair

Old room. Terrible bed. Horrible bathroom. Lake Geneva is a a dump town so the hotel price was horrible

As soon as you enter the lobby there is a very bad smell.
