Will repeat!
Pros:

Great location, fantastic for a long weekend getaway with the family. Right in the sky station and with other options for families and kids (water park, play place, etc).
The facilities are great, staff is helpful and kind, the hotel has parking in the building, it has very good restaurants and there are a range of options also nearby. Will definitely repeat.

Cons:

A bit pricey but we also went during LNY.
Communication before the booking can improve. We reached out a couple of times with doubts but the hotel took many days to respond, way too long.

Convenient to stay at but as others have mentioned needs to be refurbished/renovated.
Pros:

Convenience to the ski resort being short walk from hotel. Daily buffet breakfast included in package with hotel room was very convenient as limited food options in the area.

Cons:

The carpets had stains on them and furniture worn. Bed was too soft that it had no support for back resulting in back pain (even worse with body aches after snowboarding and falling continuously).

Excellent Concierge staff
Pros:

The concierge staff were excellent and speak English reasonably well. Whatever requests I asked of them they exceeded my expectations. This is unlike the delay and sometimes no response when I had questions before the arrival.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is not as convenient for the bus drop off though it is a short walk but challenging in slippery wintry pathways.

Pros:

- Good rooms
- Location close to slopes
- CU (minimarket) across the street
- FABULOUS RESTAURANT and in-room dining. Exceptional cooking indeed.
- Very accommodative and helpful staff. When the taxi that was supposed to bring us to the station could not come, concierge drove us himself

Cons:

- It is pricey, but it costs every won
- Mind that there is no swimming pool (I had this impression) and kids room is closed since COVID outbreak
