I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience.

After a 5-hour drive to reach the resort, the stay was deeply disappointing. The property feels very outdated and poorly maintained, far below what I would expect from an InterContinental-branded hotel. In its current condition, it does not meet InterContinental standards and, frankly, felt below the level of many Holiday Inn properties I have stayed at.

As a IHG diamond elite member, I received a room upgrade, but the upgraded room offered little additional value and did not improve the overall experience. The room showed significant wear and tear, furnishings were dated, and the hotel lacked the sense of quality, comfort, and attention to detail typically associated with the brand.

The location and surrounding nature remain beautiful, but the hotel itself appears to be in need of substantial renovation and investment. I hope management takes steps to restore the property to the standard guests reasonably expect when booking an InterContinental.

Come for nostalgia, needs maintenance though.
Pros:

great resort overall, i visit every year with my family.

Cons:

Central heating lacks maintenance, making the air stale, thus smelly room and corridoors. Have to turn off heating and keeps balcony door open to properly breath.

Lobby staff is not helpful and my wife got frowned upon when asked about the hot pool and bus booking services.

Will repeat!
Pros:

Great location, fantastic for a long weekend getaway with the family. Right in the sky station and with other options for families and kids (water park, play place, etc).
The facilities are great, staff is helpful and kind, the hotel has parking in the building, it has very good restaurants and there are a range of options also nearby. Will definitely repeat.

Cons:

A bit pricey but we also went during LNY.
Communication before the booking can improve. We reached out a couple of times with doubts but the hotel took many days to respond, way too long.

If multiple runs on the slope are closed the price of rentals should reflect that

Breakfast was good. Staff were polite. Room was big and clean.

Cons:

Laundry was absurdly expensive. Wifi cost extra. Food was expensive. A lot of nickel and diming. Ski experience was woefully overpriced for the experience you get.
