Great hotel in perfect location
Pros:

We were very impressed by the Hotel Casselbergh and stayed for 3 nights. The rest of the party also enjoyed the hotel. The location is ideal, in the centre of Bruges, which had masses of interest even in January.

Five star experience, staff a major asset
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms in the heritage/original section are 5 star with Nespresso type coffee machine, kettle etc. The bar and seating area is pretty and welcoming, a rare bonus today. Fantastic barman.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Very central and beautiful hotel. Good breakfast. Wonderful sauna area. The bar and rooms around it, with their old stlyle, that us back to 200 years ago. It was already my third time in this hotel and I will certainly return!

Everything you expect from Bruges!
Pros:

Clean and tidy, perfectly located for the mail square and restaurants.

Cons:

The Car park is underground only accessible via a car lift, parking slots are very tight. Manageable by a competent driver, not for the feint hearted! There is a public car park a five minute walk from the hotel, I would probably use that next time.

Pros:

Tesisin konumu harika, ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her an otele uğrayabiliyorduk. Tuttuğumuz odalardan daha iyisini verdiler. Oda çok temizdi tek bir kusur görmedik. Yatak çok rahattı, çarşaflar çok güzeldi. Otelin ortamı atmosferi çok iyi. Kendinizi özel hissetmenizi sağlıyorlar. Otelde kahvaltı yapmadık.

Perfect location near to the Market Square and a feeling of luxury throughout our stay.
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was lovely with excellent shower. Huge bed. Delicious breakfast with wide choice. Staff all very friendly and helpful; great to be able to borrow fantastic hotel umbrellas on the day it poured with rain!
Sauna and gym were very good. My son made good use of both.
