Good choice for a centrally located historic hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location with beautiful rooms (I stayed in the historic part of the building). Good breakfast.

Historisches Ambiente, zentral gelegen, moderner Standard lässt keine Wünsche offen
Pros:

Fantastisches Interieur mit einer Reihe großer herrschaftlicher Säle unten, die als Bar genutzt werden, und die sehr geschmackvoll, das Alte würdigend, prachtvoll gestaltet sind. Die Zimmer im modernen Anbau sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es war toll, dass wir einen Parkplatz mieten konnten- das kostete zwar 30 Euro am Tag, aber es erscheint uns sonst absolut unmöglich, in Brügge zu parken.

Pros:

The room was lovely. Large and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was a delight. The location was very good for us so we could walk everywhere.

Magnificent lobby decor and stunning canal views near Market Square

Stunning Hotel with Perfect Views!
The lobby decoration is absolutely magnificent—truly grand and impressive! The location is also unbeatable, being so close to the Market Square. Plus, having a room with a canal view made the stay even more special. Highly recommended for the vibes and the view!

Cons:

The in-room amenities felt a bit basic and didn't quite match the "Grand" feel of the room. However, it was a small issue compared to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Still highly recommended!

Do not miss the opportunity to stay in it
Pros:

The best hotel in the best location. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is amazing. It's worth every penny of it. Very rich and large variety. Very big rooms and beds (bigger than football field). Personnel is very warm and polite. I suggest it with no concerns.

A great hotel set in a superb location to enable easy access to all the sites and amenities the city has to offer..
Pros:

The style, the staff, the facilities and the location

Everything but especially the comfortable bed, which helps us with some good and refreshing sleep whilst we were away.

Nice but wouldn’t stay again due to disrupted sleep
Pros:

Spa was lovely, room was nice

Cons:

The plumbing in the new building is so loud. I couldn’t sleep the final night of my stay and when I told the staff they were so rude and unhelpful. It’s a shame because it really let the hotel down

La ubicación de este hotel es fantástica! Además tiene un sauna y turco muy confortable, y el desayuno es amplio, y variado. Para mi sorpresa, el café era bastante decente.

Cons:

Para un hotel de cuatro estrellas, hubiera esperado asistencia con las maletas a la llegada. La recepción del hotel donde se pueden guardar después del check out, queda en un medio piso. Considerando el nivel del hotel, hubiera esperado que asistieran con esto.

Ruime, propere kamer, in het centrum. Geweldig ontbijt. Maar vergeet je oordopjes niet!!
Pros:

Top locatie, vlakbij het centrum. Superior kamer is het nieuwe gedeelde: Grote, ruime kamer. Groot tweepersoonsbed! Zelfs gestrekt liggen in bed kwamen m’n voeten er niet uit.
En 2 flesjes spa zijn voorzien.
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet! Echt de moeite!
2 parkings vlakbij, 5min wandelen naar Interparking of Alfapark waar je max €22 betaalt voor 24u.

Cons:

Veeeel lawaai. Je hoort alles van de kamers langs je. Elke kraan, elke douche en elke wc die doorspoelt. Die is echt niet oké als je zoveel betaald voor een kamer. De airco kan minimaal op standje 2 van de 4. Wat dus ook veel lawaai is en als je die helemaal uit zet hoor je nog steeds het lawaai van de ventilatie. En natuurlijk van de kamers langs je, dat blijf je horen. Maar goed ik kan prima slapen met oordopjes in dus voor mij was het nog dragelijk.
Parking bij het hotel konde ze niet garanderen voor incheck tijd. En kost €30. Parkeer dus gewoon in de publieke parkings.

A fabulous hotel within the centre of Bruges, which is in an excellent position.
Pros:

The property is excellent, ideally situated to the centre.
The beds are very comfortable & the room was lovely and clean.
