Classic and elegant hotel, right at the heart of Brugge City Centre! Already twice staying at this hotel. The bed was so comfy and room was tip top. Selection for breakfast also amazing. Staff were friendly, helping you all the way they can to ensure satisfying service to customers.

Such a wonderful property
Our experience was that this is a very good hotel, not a great one. We got a handicap room so the shower flooded the bathroom. The bathroom was large and had just one sink. The room itself was an adequate size but we had paid for a larger room. The bed was firm and very comfortable. However there were no drawers available so we had to stack clothes on the floor. The rug needed a shampoo. Breakfast was only OK. No berries despite their being in season, just cut up fruit. We bought berries at the farmers market. Scrambled eggs were in chafing dish and yucky like everywhere else. Salmon was tasteless. The hotel was well decorated. Staff what there was of it was very friendly and helpful. No concierge. Note there are large tourist groups going thru the hotel. Bottom line, while the hotel certainly worked for 4 nights we would try another place if we return to Bruges. I expect more for $500 per night.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location to explore Bruges
Nothing
People at reception were wonderful and our room was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Fluffy towels, comfy pillows. Our room had VERY high ceilings and was decorated so tastefully. It had a spacious bathroom, though the shower stall was quite small. It was in a great location, just steps from market square and easy strolls to everything you would want to see, but on a quiet street. My only complaint would be the super bright light on the thermostat that shined directly into our eyes all night as we were trying to sleep. This seems to be something a lot of hotels overlook.
Super zentrale Lage.
