I WONT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

The car park was horrible, tight squeeze around the vehicles, big vehicles should be parked out in the open spaces not around the corner of the building. Was so hard trying to get in. Room was old and small. I initially booked for two adults, but unfortunately my partner couldn’t make it, so I brought 3 kids with me. I informed the hotel that I have extra guests, which they were quick to charge me for two kids. In our room we had one double bed and one single. The three kids slept on the double, they were uncomfortable. I inquired about a bigger room, but the front desk just told me there’s another room the same except with a pull out bed from the couch. I didn’t see the point in that…but they were quick to charge me for two kids. They didn’t even offer any more towels for our room, even though we paid for extra. The room phone was very quiet I couldn’t even hear the front office. Overall, not worth the money. Had homeless people outside our room sleeping 🤦🏽‍♀️ Upon checkout the lady went to go check our room to make sure we didn’t damage anything before she transferred my bond back. 😂 First of all we were barely in the room as we came up for the Chiefs game. Yet Hotel was still greedy to charge me. Would’ve been alright if we got upgraded to a bigger room. No offer to anything except charge for the extra kids. The kids were 5 and 6. So moral of my review.. I won’t be back.

Great location, needs a revamp
Pros:

The location is great, handy to theatres and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. I like the layout of the hotel.

Cons:

This hotel used to include breakfast in the room price, now it's extra which is fine ..but now they don't provide any crockery or cutlery i the room so we can self cater. I had to ask for it .
Also for the first time we had very loud music coming through from behind our room, not sure where from exactly

Perfect for our one night stay.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, the lady at reception went above and beyond when we couldn’t access the internet.
