Pros:

We checked in very late due to last minute urgent accommodation needed. Staff were extremely helpful. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Good accommodation well located, plenty of parking, and helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location for the Family event we had travelled to Hamilton to attend. Staff were really helpful, including pre-arrival.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable mattress and good shower. Plenty of comfortable furnishings, including desk plus table with 2 chairs, queen plus twin bed, luggage rack, enough towels, etc. Convenient location near CBD and plenty of restaurant choices, easy walk to museum and river, on relatively quiet street.

Cons:

Despite room darkening curtains, light on mini-split HVAC equipment in room was too bright and made it harder to sleep.

It was great value for money close to where we needed to be the next day even though it was close to the road it wasn’t a bother like I thought it might of been had everything we needed for our stay

Didn't sleep well, too little noise followed by too much noise, walls are not sufficient to keep other guests from disturbing sleep.

The hoops that staff made us jump through to get to the room i fully paid for before getting there. Also made it difficult for second guest to be able to check in.
Not receiving my bond same day as checkout as informed I would. More delays to get it back after expecting a fast process to receive it.

We were very unhappy with minimal breakfast variety after paying extra for this service. Not all guests want a cold breakfast. I would have expected a bit more for the money spent. Paying for coffee was a big surprise 😮
