the food was not the greatest both for lunch and breakfast, and there was a lot of upgrading works going on which we were not informed prior. but otherwise the staff and room were great

Overall great stay and comfortable with very modern design. Will come again,
Pros:

Very comfortable, modern and premium feeling. Like the lobby with the open spaces. The room is well designed with plug points everywhere. There’s also water dispenser which I really like.

Cons:

Some parts on renovation. Breakfast buffet is quite expensive.

Everything good except the swimming pool issue

Cons:

During my stay, the pool was on renovations. I came with my family so we expected to have some good time, we asked the operators regarding the renovation and they didn’t even tell us that theres an option from pullman if we want to swim. Until end of our stay then we read the notice that we can opt for another if we really want to swim. Im so disappointed because we really looking forward to swim
