Great location!
Pros:

Serge on reception was really helpful! The location is great - there is a great coffe shop right next door for breakfast or lunch (Gordons).Very close to Parliament Station and Chinatown.

Cons:

Our room wasn't the best, the rooms either side were much better - we had 2 single beds not the double we would have wanted - F1 weekend meant there was limited availability (which probably impacted room options and certainly price)!
The extractor fan in the bathroom was very dirty and needed cleaning.

Convenient, clean and comfy
Pros:

Great hotel which we have used before. It is clean and comfy with friendly staff. The price point reflects the lack of facilities but we were just after somewhere convenient and friendly for our visit to Melbourne. We will stay there agin

Super Lage, es konnte vieles zu Fuß oder mit der historischen Tram erreicht werden.
Die Betten waren gut und es gab eine Badewanne.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend.
Parkplätze an der Unterkunft waren super, leider nur begrenzte Anzahl.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat getropft so das der Teppich nass war. Sauberkeit könnte etwas verbessert werden.

The hotel is right in the middle of downtown.

I liked everything, but the weekend was very busy due to a big car race event in Melbourne and it pushed prices up and reduced availabiility.
