Le personnel d'accueil

Cons:

Le déjeuner désuet, manque de fraîcheur et de choix, même si s'agit d'un événement incontrôlable, le manque d'eau chaude est assez désagréable à gérer, l'espace minimal à la piscine aussi est difficile afin de faire plaisir aux enfants

Aurait pu être plus agréable
Cons:

Manque d’eau chaude pour la douche,beaucoup de bruit dans le corridor ( passé minuit), matelas inconfortable

Belle Hôtel propre, bon service! Merci!
Pros:

Au goût du jour, propre, le déjeuner est très bon, beau choix! On y retournera!

Cons:

Les 2 clés de la chambre ne fonctionnait plus le lendemain, il a fallu retourner à l'accueil pour les faire réactivées (on restait 2 nuits) et il y avait beaucoup de gens donc il a fallu attendre encore pour avoir accès à notre chambre

Le rapport qualité prix, le déjeuner et le stationnement.

Cons:

Le dimanche l'eau de la piscine était froide et dégueulasse. Il aurait fallu un entretien entre les 2 jours les plus achalandés de la fin de semaine.

Il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir mais ce n’est pas vraiment de votre faute si non j’ai trouvé les lits un peu trop dure mais sinon tous etais tres bien

Even though we arrived early, they still let us use the pool as we were waiting for our rooms to get ready.
