Nous sommes arrivés 30 minutes avant le Check in avec 2 bébés. Il leur était impossible de nous donner la chambre. Le ménage de la chambre, ni les lits, n’étaient fait lors de notre séjour de 3 nuits, nous devons réclamer à plusieurs reprises des serviettes propres et de vider les poubelles. La piscine n’est pas surveillée et pas propre. J’ai demandé la veille s’il était possible de faire une machine laver, on m’a dit que oui. Le jour même, la machine à laver était défectueuse.
La chambre est vieillotte et mal entretenue.

The pool was dirty and had a weird smell.
We arrived on Friday, July 17, 2026, and checked out on Sunday, July 19, 2026. One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was because of its outstanding reviews, particularly regarding the breakfast and family-friendly amenities. Since I was traveling with my child, having access to a clean and safe pool was an important factor in my decision to book with your hotel.
On Saturday, July 18, we spent some time in the pool. After a short while, we noticed a strong odor coming from the water that resembled stagnant water. The smell was so unpleasant that our swimsuits retained the odor even after leaving the pool. We also observed that the water was cloudy and visibly dirty, which raised concerns about its cleanliness.
Unfortunately, after using the pool, I developed itching on my body, which I believe may have been caused by the poor water quality.
The following morning, I reported my concerns to the front desk. The staff member confirmed that the pool had been closed due to the water quality issues. While I appreciate that the hotel eventually addressed the problem, I am very concerned that guests, including children, were allowed to use the pool before it was closed. This situation could have posed a health risk and should have been identified and resolved much sooner.
As a customer, I feel extremely disappointed by this experience. It left me with a negative impression of your hotel and did not reflect the level of quality, cleanliness, and service I expected based on your reputation and the reviews that influenced my booking decision. What should have been a relaxing family getaway turned into a frustrating experience and prevented us from fully enjoying one of the hotel's main amenities.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a positive.
The breakfast
The coffee was'nt good , and the choice was very limited.There were waffles for the children without chocolate spread, no pancakes, no cakes, or chocolate spread. Overall, there wasn’t much variety, especially for children. Unfortunately, breakfast was not up to the standard we expected from a 4☆ hotel. I hope they improve the quality and variety in the future.
