Cons:

Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel. Un peu plus de variété au menu des petits-déjeuners aurait été apprécié: œufs au miroir, bacon, choix de fromage. Et des vraies tasses pour le café, au lieu des verres en carton.

Pros:

Breakfast included and good variety of food. Despite the effort of the only staff present that night, she was a one-man show trying to troubleshoot the issues we had with one of the rooms we booked

Cons:

Smell issues in some rooms (spices smell). Plumbing issues (clogged sink, clogged toilet bowl). Uncomfortable bed, mattress too hard. Shower heads slow and little water flow despite trying to change the setting. Short-staffed (no maintenance and housekeeping on-site during the evening)

Sleep difficulty & shower safety
Pros:

A nice hotel with breakfast, pool, and exercise room.

Cons:

There are two serious problems.
#1 The bed mattress is way too hard. I could not sleep on it. My back, hips, and shoulders were hurting by 3 am. I tried sleeping in the chair for night #2 which was difficult.
#2 . The floor in the shower is exceptionally slippery and dangerous. There are no hand holds on the walls of the shower. I decided to only use towels to wash myself off at the sink. It was frightening how dangerous the shower floor became after it got wet.
#3 Minor - the area over the desk was not illuminated sufficiently. It was dark in that area where I tried to write postcards.

A great hotel for a family: quiet, clean, spacious, free parking and a tasty breakfast included for a fair price.
Pros:

The room was amazing: two wide double beds and a sofa that folded out into a bed. The room had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and hair dryer. Spotless cleanliness, the bedding smelled fresh, comfortable pillows. Quiet and cozy. Spacious bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, plenty of towels. Breakfast was included in the price and had lots to choose from: omelet, potatoes, sausages, beans, cereal with milk, toast, yogurts, juice, tea, coffee, and you could even make your own fresh waffles with jam or honey. The front desk staff was very friendly. Free parking. The hotel is twenty minutes from downtown, but that was no issue for us: quiet and a fair price instead.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great!

Goede ligging, organisatie kan beter.

De ligging. Vlot voor parking.

Cons:

Housekeeping gebeurde niet, ook niet na een vraag aan de receptie. Nochtans een verblijf van 4 nachten.

Weinig afwisselend ontbijt.
