Pros:

Chambre très propre, lit confortable, bon déjeuner.personnel très accueillant la jeune femme qui était seul pour tous l’hôtel à régler un problème assez vite en nous changeant de chambre car toilette bloquer.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Les chambres sont très spacieuses, la salle de gym.
La salle du petit déjeuner assez grande pour la principale et une deuxième quand la première est remplie.
A 15 min de Vieux Québec

Difficulté à fermer la porte de la salle de bain car cadre décloué.
Difficulté à barrer la porte de chambre car n’était pas de niveau.
Présence de poils/cheveux dans la salle de bain.

L’eau chaude a été absente durant notre séjour. L’hôtel a offert 50 % de rabais ce qui est acceptable

Cons:

Propreté de la piscine non entretenue
Balayage non effectuée durant les 2 jours de notre présence
Morceaux de mousses qui se détachent sous les chaises longues (beaucoup) jumelé avec de la poussière on perçois un manque plagrant de laisser aller
De plus, manque de serviettes (il n’en restait plus durant une journée complète) et le personnel ne peut en ignorer le manque puisque la piscine est vitrée tout le long du couloir et ceux-ci y passaient régulièrement car à côté du bureau d’accueil. Donc un manquement volontaire sans aucun doute
