Monday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:45.
Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00.
Weekends and bank holidays: closed.

If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please inform the hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that breakfast is not available at the weekend or on public holidays.

Aucun équipement dans le logement. Pas de linge de toilette, pas de papier WC, au niveau de la salle de bain, pas de balai, d'éponge ou de produits menagers côté cuisine.

Très déçu par cet établissement. Malgré la confirmation par téléphone qu'une arrivée tardive ne poserait aucun problème, je n'ai reçu aucun code d'accès. Je me suis retrouvé sans possibilité d'entrer dans l'hôtel en pleine nuit. Expérience inacceptable, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Cons:

Première nuit la clé de la chambre que j’avais loué avait déjà été prise par une autre personne m’obligeant à prendre la chambre de secours, j’ai dû rechanger un jour après et la deuxième chambre avait une fuite en bas de la baignoire qui a mis de l’eau jusque sous le parquet. J’ai donc de nouveau changer de chambre. Les draps étaient parfois tachés et les chambres parfois vraiment mal isolé. Le personnel n’étais pas vraiment réactif et oubliait vite quand je devais repasser pour les changements de chambres ect

Goede locatie voor 1 nacht te verblijven
Pros:

Studio was in orde. Fiets kan veilig in afgesloten ruimte worden geplaatst. Winkels genoeg in de buurt om inkopen te doen.

Cons:

Niet in centrum van Nancy gelegen. Ongeveer 1 km van het centrum. Deelfietsen dichtbij.
Aan groot rondpunt gelegen met dus redelijk veel lawaai van auto's.

Une orientation nocturne compliquée. Difficultés à trouver la chambre car je n avais pas repéré le 1er ascenseur gris, je me suis dirigée vers l ascenseur du fond...
