Pros:

Réactivité de l'équipe concernant la télévision, petit déjeuner copieux, bien servi

Cons:

Accueil très impersonnel, même froid, pas de discussion, contact plus "comptable" qu'avenant.
PAS de Climatisation, et nous y étions en pleine canicule, très difficile. Cette absence de climatisation n'est PAS notée dans le descriptif.

Satisfactory visit and well located to visit Mont Sr Michelle. The surrounding area has limited restaurants and bars.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and had secure parking. Also a good breakfast.

Cons:

No kettle in room or fridge. Spa not in operation

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Da wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs waren und die Bahn in diesem Ort nur morgens, mittags und abends fährt, war die Frühstückszeit ab 8:00 Uhr für uns etwas spät. Leider war es nicht möglich, das Frühstück früher anzubieten oder eine alternative Lösung zu finden.

Arrivant tard le soir, j'ai appelé pour m'assurer que ça ne poserait pas de problème. La personne qui a répondu au téléphone était très aimable. A notre arrivée, on m'a proposé de me garer dans la rue adjacente, sans me forcer à utiliser leur parking payant. Ayant un rendez-vous tôt le lendemain matin mais souhaitent tout de même prendre un petit-déjeuner, ils m'ont assuré de pouvoir prendre mon petit-déjeuner plus tôt, avant l'heure d'ouverture. Enfin, le pommeau de douche n'ayant pas assez de pression, ils ont changé le cordon et pommeau de douche. Tous ces petits gestes démontrent du soin qu'ils apportent à satisfaire la clientèle et ont fait de mon séjour, un séjour remarquable. Merci encore. Je recommande à 100 % l'hôtel Ariane qui est confortable, à taille humaine et avec un personnel disponible.
