Great quiet location with very helpful staff, good base to explore Quito
Pros:

Staff exceptionally helpful, for example sorting very early breakfasts for us when we had day trips and helping with taxis and advice. Good location, a quiet street but close to some great restaurants and 20-30min walk into old town.

La atención del personal del hotel, la privacidad del lugar y que está en una ubicación de fácil acceso

Cons:

Justo que nos llevamos la sorpresa de que el la ubicación física del lugar está en un espacio que no es muy agradable, , incluso la gente de turismo nos recomendó no andar caminando por los rumbos de noche.

I really enjoyed my stay there. This is a lovely French boutique hotel, conveniently located .
Pros:

Absolutely unbelievable staff. So friendly and helpful. This is a neat place to stay- real value for money.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gemütlich und sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Angebotene Touren sind - insbesondere dank Fahrer bzw. Guide- ihr Geld mehr als wert.

Stunning property! Beautiful decor, every detail is considered. Each room is unique and comfortable! Breakfast is very nice!

Pros:

The staff were exceptional and helped us with information about luggage storage and how to get places. They also ensured we got into our Ubers at night which helped us feel safe. The room was a bit cold initially but there is a heating unit which although small worked well.

Cons:

The breakfast was very minimal - I would have appreciated some more fresh fruit or ham & cheese. Our room also had a window into the interior court yard which made it a bit noisy in the morning when other guests woke up.

Recommend staying here
Pros:

Everyone we have met at the hotel have been so kind, caring and attentive, also giving useful information aboit Quito. They have made it feel like a like a home from home. Breakfast was good just what we needed.

The area feels safe and has lots of restaurants, pharmacies, shops around

Room was perfect, clean, comfy, hot shower, and we could make teas and coffees or cook if we needed to. Its also been quite at night for a good sleep.

Cons:

Usually i'd note things to suggest improvements but it was perfect for us.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice. It was a nice building with antiques and cool decoration. There were some comments regarding the location but we didn't have any problem with it. Nice restaurants and bars nearby. Old town is accesible within 10 minutes with taxi.

Sehr schön und jedem zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das kleine Hotel ist echt super! Man konnte direkt erkennen das es von Franzosen mehr oder weniger gebaut wurde.... alles sehr verwinkelt aber wir lieben das!
Die Lage ist absolut ok.... also alles in allem war es echt nett dort und wir würden das wieder buchen!

Cons:

Vielleicht das Bad was für vier Personen echt klein ist... aber geschenkt!
