The front desk guy in the night shift was terrible. Zero attitude, rude

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the front desk employee during my stay last night September 22 (unfortunately I don’t recall his name).

Although I had made and fully paid for my reservation through Expedia, the employee initially denied the existence of my booking. Only after my repeated insistence did he finally locate the reservation and provide me with the room. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest.



This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with this same individual—it has already happened to me twice. Furthermore, I have personally heard other guests express similar complaints about him. Such conduct not only causes unnecessary stress for guests but also damages the hotel’s reputation.



I kindly request that the hotel management take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same experience.

Breakfast at Julio's Main Restaurant is enjoyable with a nice variety of fresh dishes. The staff are, Sunny , Naushad welcoming and courteous, providing excellent service throughout. A warm and comfortable place to begin your morning.

Worst eid experience ever , bad service and my privacy was breached . Hotel accused me of stealing towels when it was our own towels . Their housekeeping staff open your bags and take pictures of the inside of the bags . When i informed them that this is a breach of my own privacy and its against the law they became nervous.

This hotel is poor in quality and otherwise will not recommend for longer stay location is good only
Maintenance staff is generally good 👍

- wifi does not work properly cannot download in the evening complained 10 times no solution ??!
- the bed sheeting is not properly creased just duvet is kept over the bed while cleaning
- I put few waste papers on the floor in the bedroom to check whether they clean it or not the papers were not picked from the floor while cleaning the room standard of cleaning poor
- wash machine not working now repaired
- furniture poor quality dating back from 2010 when I stayed here for a longer period
- water flow in taps wash Badis too slow
- I have been here 2 months but will move out
- gym is fine steam room always have to tell them pls put it on ??
- electric stove takes 1.5 hr to boil an egg ???

Not too bad, not too expensive, not too good.

I guess some standardization needs to be applied.

Maybe the rule is you get what you pay for?

Anyway, not a place for expat communities nor families in my opinion.

Many nicer places in Bahrain for the same price.

Misleadingly advertised as a 4 star property.

This photo is not clean and I got an itch from the blanket and the housekeeping when yow want for example a blanket they don’t want to bring because they say you have one . And there was stains in my blanket .And there is a disco next to the hotel and in night there is a lot of noisy sound coming from there.

It was good relaxing stay .. the hotel is close to many amenities .. could be a walking distance to shopping mall if weather is good

Good hotel and location. Some of the equipment is tired and needs replacing. Bit of a wait for foid at bar as waiter informed me he had been on shift all day.

First night out in a room where one could hear music as if a disco was beneath it unacceptable could not sleep until 03.40 am having paid £70 per night ?? For all this madness room 2242
Next day apologies room changed to 4 th floor 4430 here one hears the air condition running sound in the bedroom unable to sleep had to sleep on the sofa in the living room poor quality
Demand refund of money paid no one should be staying here only rowdy gcc nationals
27-28 April two nights stay drama

Good value for money. excellent location, in seef neartheseef mall and the ritz carlton. pool terrace very nice with sports on a large outdoor screen. staff friendly and professional. trip advisor requires 200 characters, but I have nothing more to say.

The staff was very helpful and I was traveling with pets and they were very kind and made it very easy for me to take care of what I needed to do. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is very old and old furniture. The hall way smells and the room was dirty when I checked in. The price I paid for it was not worth it. The hotel needs refurbishing. Won’t be staying there again to be honest

The room is clean and comfortable. The weekend music coming from the outside pool area was a bit loud

Most of facilities are not working properly and SPA and Sauna are not working either.

Hotel is very old and needs to be renewed. The price doesn’t match the condition.
