Un peu surfait
Pros:

Emplacement , propreté , literie

Cons:

Plusieurs membres du personnel impatient et brusque .
Certains pains petit déjeuner pas frais

Beau séjour à Rapallo
Pros:

L’hospitalité et la gentillesse du personnel
Le restaurant est à recommander
L’emplacement très central est un atout

Cons:

Pas de parking alors que la difficulté de trouver un emplacement à Rapallo est grande.
Le matelas est de très mauvaise qualité
Le petit déjeuner est bien mais il est vraiment regrettable de ne pas avoir de la charcuterie et du fromage.
La chambre juste au-dessus du restaurant et très vétuste.
Les chambres sont surtout très mal insonorisées.

It was exactly what we wanted for a short stay in central Rapallo
Pros:

The central location, friendly staff, the happy atmosphere.The view from our room was lovely,and although we were in the centre of the town, it was not at all noisy. We even liked the old style lift! We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only, hopefully helpful things we would say is that we would have liked more fruit at breakfast, and for the dinner menu to be a bit more varied. However, we enjoyed all our meals.

Pros:

La verdad q todo, ubicación, limpieza , desayuno, todo muy bien

Cons:

Tuvimos un desacuerdo con la reserva de una Cena, pero todo se aclaró muy amablemente.

Hôtel central, confortable, personnel sympathique et professionnel. Belle vue sur mer.

Le petit déjeuner assez basique, mais des plats sont proposés a des tarifs assez bas pour les gourmands du matin.

Vacaciones de Noche Vieja Genial!!!
Pros:

La verdad que solucionaron todas nuestras dudas, incluso un cobro q no correspondía por un mal entendido se llegó a buen término .
Desayuno completo y bien atendido.
Rapallo es pequeño así q queda todo muy cerca, excelente !!

Cons:

Las escalas para llegar a tomar el ascensor cuando se llevan maletas grandes.
Igual ofrecen subirlas pero sería más cómodo con una rampa .

soggiorno rilassante con una coccola al cuore

la posizione e' super fantastica, la colazione sublime con vista mare, in piu' servita da un cameriere di una eleganza estrema molto gentile e simpaticissimo. complimenti anche al ragazzo che porta le valigie

tutto il personale perfetto, ma alla reception avrei gradito un atteggiamento meno altezzoso da parte delle receptionist e forse piu' cordiale visto che siamo clienti da tanti anni
