we hadden gedacht vanuit de Bloemenbeek direct op mooie paden te kunnen wandelen. Echter je moet eerst een half uur langs een drukke weg lopen om bij het Lutterzand te komen.
Wat een ontzettend leuke en meedenkende mensen. Iedereen is zo vriendelijk. We waren voor ons huwelijk een paar nachten weg en bij binnenkomst was de kamer versierd. Zelfs met 32 weken zwanger kunnen genieten van alle luxe en gezelligheid. Ontzettend bedankt voor de mooie ervaring. We hadden zelfs een kamer update gekregen! Het restaurant was ook een 10/10 ervaring.
Persoonlijk vonden we het zwembad wat vies overkomen. Er lag veel zand en het water was ijskoud. Op de site stond dat het verwarmd zou zijn. Misschien kunnen ze daar nog naar kijken? Voor de rest was het perfect.
De vriendelijke mensen, fantastische wellness, heerlijke ontbijt en diner.
Wij hebben niets gevonden wat ons tegenviel.

Het ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.
Douche, kraan wasbak, ondanks gerenoveerd. Zand in zwembad.
De ligging. Stijlvol ingericht. Klantvriendelijkheid. Prachtige safari kamer, heerlijk bed. De ruimte. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad.
Miniem zeurpuntje: koffiemelk ver over datum.
Top restaurant, gastvrij personeel, ligging hotel.
Gedateerd sanitair
Ruime kamer met goede faciliteiten en uitgebreid buffet ontbijt, incl prima zwembad. Goede kwaliteit e-bikes te huur.
De deels smalle gangen en trappen creëert een soort “ doolhof gevoel”. Spinnen in de badkamer bleven kennelijk onopgemerkt voor de schoonmaak ploeg!
Vrij uitzicht
De badkamer zeer gedateerd en niet sfeervol. Gevoel van luxe ontbrak.
Het bed was groot, maar we hadden twee matrassen en twee dekbedden verwacht. Deze optie ‘twee losse bedden’ hadden we aangevinkt bij boeken.
Overvolle parkeerplaats, we konden er nauwelijks parkeren.
Bij uitchecken betaald, terwijl ik aangaf al te hadden betaald. Slordig! Wel dezelfde dag nog gebeld door hotel met excuus en alles werd na t weekend netjes terugbetaald.
Locatie en aardig personeel
Erg gehorig. Zowel kamers naast me en de gang. Prijs ontbijt is way out.
Staff was very attentive and friendly, overall vibe & cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Surroundings/nature around the property are very nice.
The wellness area is not up to what's promised on their property description. The swimming pool isn't fully functional and has sand on the bottom, and the water jets aren't working either. Saunas are decent, but nothing to highlight. We booked the hotel for a night to fully relax, but the wellness facilities do not meet expectations. The breakfast is too basic.
