Sehr schlechte Entscheidung, dorthin zu gehe. Wir 4 Erwachsene und viele weitere Gäste waren sehr enttäuscht und erbost.
Pros:

Das Frühstück. Leider aber auch in einem unklimatisierten Raum. Immerhin stand irgendwo ein Ventilator an einer Tür

Cons:

Heruntergekommen, Extremst laut! Rennstrecke in der Nacht von Spinnern und ständig Rettungswagen mit Martinshorn. Über 40 *C in allen Zimmer, Keine Ventilatoren verfügbar, mehrmals nachgefragt , keine Empathie, Restaurant hatte schon früh geschlossen (21:35 anstatt wie ausgeschrieben 23 Uhr. Es gab nicht mal mehr ein Getränk. Nur Miniflaschen an einem Automat)
Dann noch der Spruch: ja die Hitze kam ganz plötzlich. Unmöglich. Ein Hotel ohne Klimaanlage , ohne Ventilatoren, nicht mal Fächer aus Papier…..
Ein Hotel, das Gäste in Extremhitze schmoren lässt gehört umgebaut zu einem Studentenwohnheim oder ähnlichem. Aber niemals mehr als Hotel bei Booking anpreisen!

Frühstück immer noch großartig, ansonsten in die Jahre gekommen

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, schma khaft und mit guter Auswahl. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
Die Lage ist Zentrumsnah und für uns perfekt, wenn wir Familie in Lüneburg besuchen .

Cons:

Man merkt, dass das Seminaris in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Sommer fehlt eine Klimaanlage und die Bettdecken sind im Sommer viel zu dick. Die Oberflächen auf den Tischen kleben teilweise, einfach, weil sie alt sind. Die Toiletten waren viel zu tief aufgehängt.

Sehr heißes Wochenende leider ohne Klima.
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und gutes Frühstück. Die Betten waren gut.

Cons:

Aufgrund der extremen Hitze an unserem Besuchswochenende wäre es schön, wenn möglichst Zimmer auf der kühleren Seite an die Gäste gehen würden und da es keine Klimaanlage gibt sollte zumindest ein Lüfter auf jedem Zimmer Standard sein. Auf Nachfrage hatte ich Glück und habe einen erhalten. Leider wird es nicht das letzte so heiße Wochenende gewesen sein. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Dach des Salü ist nicht wirklich schön. Auch wäre ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon hilfreich.
Leider erwies sich die Parkgarage nicht als sicherer Abstellplatz. Eine Videoüberwachung fehlt, was mir leider nicht klar war. So konnten mehrere Fahrzeuge in der Nacht unbemerkt geöffnet werden. Offenbar nicht zum ersten Mal. Auch wenn die Tiefgarage nicht dem Hotel gehört, erhält man als Gast doch einen solchen Eindruck, da es einen gesonderten Stellbereich für das Hotel gibt.

Keine Klimaanlage. Es waren über 35 Grad im Zimmer. Kaum auszuhalten. Auch kein Kühlschrank um wenigstens kalte Getränke zu haben. Für ein Hotel in dem Preissegment inakzeptabel.
