Buena ubicación y trato amable de los recepcionistas

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy pequeñas, te chocas todo el tiempo. El agua del inodoro cada tanto no funcionaba y había hormigas en la habitación que repito todo muy chico lo cual lo hacía incómodo. Lo que salvó de todo es el trato de los recepcionistas, personal de limpieza y la ubicación pero en cuanto a la instalación fue muy incómodo.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Istanbul

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Pera Hotel. Nice room, very central location, everything was a walk away.. Devrun and Huseyin were very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

Parfait ❤️
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything: the metro, İstiklal Street, Karaköy, shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect, and the service was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only small thing that could be improved is the iron: it wasn’t available directly in the room, so I had to ask reception for it each time. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again! ❤️
