Это место, в котором не хочется ставить чемодан на обратную сборку. Безупречный сервис, атмосфера уюта и забота о каждой детали.

Локация отеля - замечательная.
Pros:

Местоположение- прекрасное.
Персонал всегда готов помочь, предупредителен и вежлив.
Историческое здание, что создает свою атмосферу. Сантехника новая, ремонт и мебель достаточно свежие.
Есть лифт на 2 персоны, или 1 персону с багажом.

Cons:

Лестница очень крутая. Людям пожилого возраста будет сложно пользоваться лестницей. Об этом надо предупреждать гостей.

Thank Goodness I only booked it for 1 night
Pros:

Location is fantastic
Breakfast which I thought was included but wasn't ,was very good.

Cons:

My room was tiny at the end of a very narrow hallway this hotel is like a rabbit warren
When you attempt to get in or out of the lift it is very precarious as it is in the middle of a staircase so a bit difficult to navigate with luggage

Tesis yerleşim olarak çok merkezi, müzelere, nehir kenarına ve lüks alışveriş mağazalarına çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde, şanzelizeye ise yaklaşık 30dk ki yine de yürünebilir. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili, sorduğunuz ve sormadığınız her konuda fazlasıyla bilgi veriyorlar. Odamız 1. kattaydı ve bu kata asansör yoktu, valiz taşımak bu açıdan zor ancak personel valizlerimizi indirip çıkartmak konusunda fazlasıyla yardımcı oldu. 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen köşe odada oldukça rahat konakladık. Yaklaşık 500 yıllık bir bina olduğu için içerisi çok yeni olmamakla birlikte oldukça temiz, hijyenik ve konforluydu. Odamız hergün iyi şekilde temizlendi. Kahvaltı almadık o yüzden yorum yapamıyorum. Ancak genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Duş ve el yıkama jelleri tek kullanımlık poşet olmasa daha iyi olabilir ama çok da sorun oluşturmadı. Duş perdesi biraz sevimsizdi ama o da olabildiğince ergonomik yapılmaya çalışılmış. Odalarda poşet granül kahve yerine minik bir kahve makinesi olabilirdi ama granül kahveleri de kötü değildi.

Excellent emplacement à proximité du jardin des Tuileries. Quartier calme. Très bon accueil.

Très bon accueil. Réactivité face à une demande de changement de chambre. Très bons conseils concernant le lieu de restauration pour le soir.
