Hotel Stanserhorn is in the perfect location for budget travelers. This boutique hotel is a great bargain, modern interior in a quaint building. Just steps from the train station that takes you directly to Luzern. You can also walk across the way for a free funicular/gondola (with Swiss Travel Pass) for majestic views. Check in was easy, room was ready for early check in, and elevator access for bags. Loved the outdoor terrace as well. Highly recommended!

This property is across the street from stanserhornbahn which is a great gondola and train to a great lookout. It is also very close to the train and bus stations. I loved this area. Absolutely stunning.

Das Hotel ist ein Hotel Garni - liegt jedoch perfekt gegenüber der Stanserhorn Bahn und nahe zum Bahnhof. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen - würde dort sofort wieder buchen.

Accueil très chaleureux de Yasmine, très jolie déco, douche pratique, très bien situé à quelques mètres de la gare de stans et du parking du téléphérique du stanserhof…
Cher, comme souvent en suisse. Mais justifié dans ce cas.

Lovely rooms (great beds!) in this small town, directly opposite the funicular that heads up the mountain.Nice friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet on a Sunday evening!

Plenty of options nearby for food and drink; parking available for a small fee at the meter.

Ideal location to discover the area and surrounding mountains. Beautiful renovation and comfortable beds, but a few rooms have an open bathroom concept that goes even beyond what has become way too popular in my opinion. Strictly for solo travelers, even though Orbitz lists it as a double room. Even the toilet is right in the room. I only spent one night by myself, so it wasn’t an issue, but it feels strange nonetheless. So inquire ahead of time to reserve an appropriate room if not alone!
