The stairs to get there
I had a fantastic stay here! Such a beautiful boutique style hotel. The location is unbeatable, just up a small amount of steps from the ferry port. There is a gorgeous terrace with views of the lake to relax on and a nice courtyard garden you can have breakfast in. Breakfast and fresh coffee was great in the morning. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They are happy to help with questions about activities in the area too. I found this hotel very clean and quiet. WiFi worked great. Shower has great hot water.
My only complaint is with the stiff, hard pillows. They left my neck hurting in the morning. I prefer a softer, fluffier pillow.
The hotel is close to everything. Small specialty shops and restaurants are right outside the hotel yet the property feels private. Ferry stations are few feet away. Walking distance to Villa Melzi. Complimentary breakfast is plentiful. Staff are exceptional. Isabela was kind enough to help us communicate to our bnb host for our next destination in Milan. The nice lady in the breakfast dining always prepare an extra coffee in our little thermos. The room was kept clean daily.
In 30 years of travelling, this was probably one of the best hotels stays I have ever had
1. The front deck actually remembered and greeted me by name everyday! never even had that at the Hilton!
2. Breakfast (included) was excellent
3. Location was in the center of the city
4. I had to leave early in the morning 6am, the staff understood this and left me a breakfast tray the night before on my bed. I never asked for ot and it was a pleasant surprise.
Never in all the 100's of hotel that I have stayed have I seen that type of service.
Well done! for a family owned hotel. They have pride in their work and it shows!
The room style was a bit dated (not really contemporary style) but it fits the enviroment and location

Absolutely enchanting, we had a room with a beautiful patio and view of the lake. The breakfast room was just so pretty and the outside courtyard was just lovely.
Tout était vraiment super, l’emplacement vraiment central idéal à quelques marches du ferry et des rues principales, la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux du personnel, les chambres étaient plutôt silencieuses pour l’emplacement, ce qui est un vrai plus étant assez sensible au bruit, la salle du petit déjeuner offre une petite vue sur le lac et sur un joli jardin, la literie était bonne

Le cadre était très bien. Très bel accueil du 1er au dernier jour.Une chambre suffisamment grande pour un court séjour, une tres belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner avec choix Un tres bon café.Salle de bain propre Douche un peu petite.Linge de toilette changé tous les jours et lit fait.
꼬모 호수에 가기로 결정한 후 벨라지오에 이 호텔을 보고 화사한 외관에 반해 바로 예약했습니다. 페리에서 내려서 도보 10분 정도 거리에 있지만 캐리어를 들고 계단을 올라가는 것은 쉽지 않았어요. 하지만 그만한 가치가 있는 호텔입니다.
호텔 입구에서 직원이 친절하게 맞이해줬으며 들어서자마자 아름다운 정원을 보고 감탄할 수 밖에 없었어요.
객실은 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었고, 기본적인 어메니티는 준비되어 있었으며 아침식사도 제공됩니다. 덕분에 매우 편안하게 꼬모 호수를 즐길 수 있었습니다.
다음에 다시 오게 된다면 오래 머물고 싶어요! 😍😍
