The staff made you feel so welcomed and comfortable. There was exceptional service, in particular Michele and Marcello were so pleasant and lovely to speak to, and the service was so personal. There was also another pleasant staff at the front but I did not catch her name. The breakfast was perfect, the location was phenomenal. I will most definitely be returning to this hotel.

Everything was 'spot on' including breakfast, location and room. Such a charming property, and family to match. Marcello went out of his way to help us with carrying our luggage down the steps, it was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

Hotel Centrale Bellagio is exactly what its name implies: it is at the best location. About 1/2 way up the hill on stone steps that are easy to negotiate (don’t overpack!). Room is standard but well equipped and everything well maintained with love and good taste. Breakfast is nutritious and varied enough for everyone. Not a huge spread but more than adequate. After all, you are about to eat a lot of different treats in the course of the day, so a small and healthy breakfast is ideal.
Staff is polite and helpful. Excellent value. Yes, go to Bellagio and stay here.
