Localização e atendimento.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, bem no centro de Bellagio, próxima às balsas. Me avisaram que teria que subir escadas para chegar, mas eram menos degraus do que eu esperava e foi bem tranquilo. A equipe do hotel foi sempre muito atenciosa e me ajudou a encontrar atividades e transporte. O café da manhã também é muito bom e é possível sentar em um local com vista para o Lago de Como enquanto toma café. Se voltar, me hospedarei novamente e recomendo.

Cons:

Não tenho queixas sobre o hotel. Gostei bastante da escolha e me hospedaria novamente. Tudo correu bem durante a minha estadia.

Pros:

Great place to stay in Bellagio. A good value & close to the Ferry to other town. I highly recommend!

The stairs to get to the hotel but they're manageable with a carry on.

施設全体の管理やスタッフの対応が隅々まできちんとしている。

Cons:

22時ごろから深夜1時ごろまで英国人女性グループが中庭でスプマンテを何本もあけながらヒソヒソ話を続けており、窓を閉めてもうるさく邪魔だった。その時間にはスタッフは別の場所にいるオペレーションになっていたので直接注意したがワイングラスを貸すときや、帰宅するときにひとこと念を押すか、何らかの注意喚起を掲示してほしい。客の側の常識の問題なのでスタッフには落ち度はない。ちなみに、施設周辺の飲食店は閉まっている時間だが、メインストリートのバーなどは営業している店舗などがある。

Buena localización. Atención personal estupenda, cama a mejorar

Localización. Atención del personal. Desayuno bien, salvo el café. Limpieza bien. El hotel esta bien mantenido

Cons:

Uno de los lados de la cama muy incómoda. Ya les comentamos que habría que cambiar urgentemente. El otro lado estaba bien.

Wifi a mejorar. Baja calidad.

Inmejorable!
Pros:

Me encantaron los detalles, la habitación era un lujo para mí! El desayuno, increíble (tenía literal para todos los gustos: distintos tipos de jugos, distintas planificaciones, huevo, panceta, fiambres, frutas, yogurt...).

El tener que irme!
