Loved it! The staff, the room, the courtyard and our terrace were wonderful.
Pros:

It was in a great location. Super charming and peaceful.

Cons:

I should have paid more attention to drop off location instructions. We had a lot of luggage and going up the steps from the main square was really difficult. If you come by car or taxi, always get dropped at the church square. There are no steps going down to hotel entrance and roller bags roll easily. Thankfully Marcelo helped with our bags!

FABULOUS
Pros:

FABULOUS STAY in a beautiful family run hotel in the heart of Bellagio. Everyone was so welcoming and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. From sorting out glasses and an ice bucket for drinks on our terrace, to helping with a document i needed printing, to Rosie in the breakfast room and her happy, smiling face and offers of amazing cappuccino. We loved our stay and will certainly be back.

L’Hôtel Central Bellagio a été de loin mon établissement préféré. J’ai adoré son charme authentique, son architecture pleine de caractère et son mobilier qui lui donne une atmosphère chaleureuse et unique. On s’y sent immédiatement bien.
Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, toujours souriant, serviable et attentif. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, généreux et absolument délicieux. J’y ai particulièrement bien dormi et je me suis sentie comme à la maison. L’emplacement est également parfait, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et du port pour prendre le ferry et découvrir les environs du lac.

Cons:

j’aurais adoré avoir une vue sur le lac, mais cela n’a en rien gâché mon séjour.

Amazing and fairytale hotel stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect, easy to find. The staff was exceptional! Rooms were clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to provide a magical experience for us and met all our expectations and then some.

Cons:

There was not a single thing that we did not love about this hotel and our experience.

Hotel - auberge - familial e offrant des chambres avec petit balcon. Un immense, vieux pin pousse au centre de la propriété (point de repère à Bellagio). Terrasse avec transats pour se reposer. Personnel au top. Très bon petit déjeuner...

Wonderful stay in the heart of Lake Como
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay here! Such a beautiful boutique style hotel. The location is unbeatable, just up a small amount of steps from the ferry port. There is a gorgeous terrace with views of the lake to relax on and a nice courtyard garden you can have breakfast in. Breakfast and fresh coffee was great in the morning. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They are happy to help with questions about activities in the area too. I found this hotel very clean and quiet. WiFi worked great. Shower has great hot water.

Cons:

My only complaint is with the stiff, hard pillows. They left my neck hurting in the morning. I prefer a softer, fluffier pillow.

Centrally located close to everything. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Exceptional staff.
Pros:

The hotel is close to everything. Small specialty shops and restaurants are right outside the hotel yet the property feels private. Ferry stations are few feet away. Walking distance to Villa Melzi. Complimentary breakfast is plentiful. Staff are exceptional. Isabela was kind enough to help us communicate to our bnb host for our next destination in Milan. The nice lady in the breakfast dining always prepare an extra coffee in our little thermos. The room was kept clean daily.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in......
Pros:

In 30 years of travelling, this was probably one of the best hotels stays I have ever had
1. The front deck actually remembered and greeted me by name everyday! never even had that at the Hilton!
2. Breakfast (included) was excellent
3. Location was in the center of the city
4. I had to leave early in the morning 6am, the staff understood this and left me a breakfast tray the night before on my bed. I never asked for ot and it was a pleasant surprise.
Never in all the 100's of hotel that I have stayed have I seen that type of service.

Well done! for a family owned hotel. They have pride in their work and it shows!

Cons:

The room style was a bit dated (not really contemporary style) but it fits the enviroment and location

Very nice and close to ferry and shops.

Quaint! Lucky to have an elevator!
The owner spoke English and was a wonderful host!

Cons:

Had to go up 70 cobblestone steps to get there, but the owner met us at the bottom to take all the luggage up😊
