A truly delightful stay - wonderfully peaceful, full of charm, and utterly quaint.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. This is a pleasant and charming place and conveniently situated in the heart of Bellagio.

Loved it!
Pros:

Everything was 'spot on' including breakfast, location and room. Such a charming property, and family to match. Marcello went out of his way to help us with carrying our luggage down the steps, it was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

This was truly a wonderful visit, the amenities, location, and especially the staff made this a very memorable experienc
Pros:

The staff made you feel so welcomed and comfortable. There was exceptional service, in particular Michele and Marcello were so pleasant and lovely to speak to, and the service was so personal. There was also another pleasant staff at the front but I did not catch her name. The breakfast was perfect, the location was phenomenal. I will most definitely be returning to this hotel.
