Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, ofereceram água na chega e na saída por conta do calor, além de até imprimirem o horário os ferrys pra nós.
Fiquei em 5 hotéis na minha estadia na Europa, alguns deles 4 estrelas, porém sem sombra de dúvida este foi o meu favorito

The staff were great. Their communication with us was brilliant from the beginning. The lady in charge of the breakfast bar, Rosie, was so lovely. She made me hard boiled eggs 🥚 as per my request. The cakes/pastries were delicious.The two cleaner ladies (sorry to not have gotten their names) were so sweet and cleaned our room everyday. Marcello was very helpful and Isabella was lovely. It's a lovely cute hotel and the terrace area is lovely. Slight criticism is that our room was a little dark because of the layout. Also, tip to those looking to book here - make sure you ask the hotel in advance to help you with your luggage at the bottom of the stairs - the hotel is on the top and the cobbly stairs are not easy to walk up with luggage and after a long day of travelling!

Accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel ! Chambre coquette avec vue très agréable sur la terrasse. Cet établissement se fond parfaitement dans le charme de Bellagio. Le petit déjeuner est varié et rendu très appréciable par le très beau cadre de l’hôtel. Son emplacement est aussi un bonus non négligeable car il se trouve à seulement deux minutes des ferries.

Lieve medewerker en schone kamers! Alles was naar verwachting.

Breakfast was good, as it is expected from a good hotel. The variety was good and the quality was also good.

Wonderful place! Great location right in the heard of the lake. Restaurants, cafes, shops and the ferry station just in a 1 minute walk. I really liked the atmosphere and the plants when entered the courtyard(you can also have breakfast here). Very pleasant and friendly staff. Special thanks to Michele Borelli. Spacious and clean room with big comfortable bed. I liked the kettle, mug and different teas and coffee. Good dining room and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended, it was definitely worth it!

Brilliant hotel! Great location and the staff are very friendly! Also have a dog at the hotel which gives extra bonus points. Breakfast was great and great coffee also. We were sadly leaving before breakfast started and were given a breakfast tray with biscuits/toast/ spread and juice which was a lovely touch. Overall a great stay :)

Nice traditional family run hotel. Location was brilliant for access to places of interest in Bellagio and to get local ferries to other towns and villas. Hotel centrale felt very relaxing and breakfast was fresh and good variety. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Excellent hotel would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.
