L'hôtel est très sympa un mélange d'ancienne bâtisse et de construction moderne.un endroit où l'on s'y sent bien

Pros:

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area, the lobby and bar are nice places to relax after a day in town. The daily breakfast is substantial, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

très bel hotel avec un aménagement au top . piscine, jacuzzi ,chambre avec baignoire a remouds , ect . petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié . coin bar très sympa

le seul problème pour moi était la quantité de moustiques autour de la piscine

Sarlat ist eine Reise wert
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt. Wir waren im historischen Teil und hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer.

Personnel est top!

Cons:

Tout est très vieux, nécessite de nombreuses réparations, beaucoup de pièces cassées, la moquette est abîmée, les lumières ne fonctionnent pas, la douche ne s'enclenche pas, l'eau de la baignoire ne s'écoule pas.

Expensive and dated, depending which receptionist will also inpact your stay.
Pros:

Great room size with one of the rooms we stayed in, the other was small but cute. The two receptionist when we booked in were really lovely and friendly

Cons:

Both rooms did smell, the attic room really had a bad smell of damp and the larger room even though clean did smell of body odour. The receptionist on check out was unfortunately rude, did not tell us that to book a taxi it needed to be booked at least 2hrs in advance, we had to walk 1.5miles from the hotel with all our bags to the train station. Also when we asked could we check out 30mins later as we were waiting on our insurance company to give us the go ahead to book travel back to the UK as our car had broken down it was a straight no. Also for the price of the rooms for no breakfast to be included was really rather surprising

Hôtel daté, aurait besoin de rafraichissement et d'entretien général.
Manque de transats en tour de piscine, où se trouvent des tours de réfrigération bruyantes.
Personnel à minima. Dommage..

Décevant!
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prestations et prix ne sont pas du tout au rdv.
Malgré une chambre certes atypique, pas de rideaux suffisants occultant,
Douche avec eau chaude inexistante selon les heures.
On ne peut pas se tourner dans la baignoire.
La configuration est inadaptée et le tuyau de la douche est trop court.
Le petit dej est très décevant, et le café n’a aucun goût. Je suis très déçue de ces deux jours.
Et surtout du prix payé. !!!
En revanche, mon accueil a été excellent par la réceptionniste.
