Pros:

Heel mooi & gezellig hotel in het centrum van Tongeren. Mooie en comfortabele kamers. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en vooral super vriendelijk personeel met een extra pluim voor Ralph aan de receptie die iedereen met een glimlach ontvangt en tijd klaarmaakt voor een fijne babbel.

Heerlijk ontspannend in het mooie Tongeren
Pros:

Het hotel was een oud klooster, had moderne kamers, een mooi restaurant met oude elementen.
Zeer vriendelijk bediening, lekker ontbijt. Dicht tegen alle winkels en antiekmarkt op zondag.

Een uitstekend hotel op een uitstekende locatie
Pros:

Uitstekend gelegen midden in het centrum van de stad, bijna naast het prachtige Gallo-Romeins Museum, heerlijke comfortabele kamer met alle voorzieningen en uitermate vriendelijk hotelpersoneel

Spijtig nu ontevreden
Pros:

Vorige keren dat ik verbleef was alles goed. Nu was enkel het personeel en het ontbijt buffet dat goed was.

Cons:

De kamer de 2 hoofdkussens dat aanwezig waren om op te slapen. Die waren vanbinnen in één geklilt kun je vergelijken met kleine propjes. Wij hebben de handdoeken gebruikt om op te slapen. En heel de nacht het geluid van een toilet dat bleef doorlopen. Aan onze tafel van het ontbijt om 8u15 waar ons naamkaartje opstond. Hadden al mensen ontbeten en alles vuil achtergelaten. Toen ik vroeg aan personeel om de tafel te reinigen hebben ze dit wel direct gedaan. En zeiden zelfs hier waren zoveel legen plekken wij dachten omdat die hier aan tafel zaten dat jullie het waren.Had terug hier geboekt omdat ik van de andere keren altijd erg tevreden was maar ik kom terug kan eens zijn dat niet alles eens goed is.

Cons:

Kamer was niet proper. Verkeerde info over de openingsuren van de bar. Een barman die beter een andere jib zoekt.
