Te weinig personeel bij ontbijt, voor de rest alles in orde.
Pros:

De kamer, hadden upgrade gekregen.

Cons:

Geen goede uitleg betreffende de bereikbaarheid voor het ontbijt zonder de trappen te nemen.

Wij hebben een fijne verblijf gehad. We kwamen binnen in de kamer en stond een champagne met 2 glasjes klaar, heel leuk!

Een bijzonder & leuke kamer gehad. Ook schoon en netjes.

Cons:

Gehorig! En een personeel bij het ontbijt die niet klantvriendelijk is. Heel jammer!

Lage ist top und auch die Lobby ist wirklich schön und gemütlich

Cons:

Klimaanlage/Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, es war sehr kalt, der Teppich war fleckig und stellenweise kaputt, die Wände waren notdürftig überspachelt, die Dusche war verkalkt und die Dichtung defekt

L'acceuil, le personnel
Ils m'ont dit que ma voiture pouvait rester devant l'hôtel... le lendemain matin, ma voiture n'était plus là parce que chaque dimanche il y a le marché d'antiquités.
Donc stress .. pas de petit déjeuner .. aucune compassion de la réception .. frais dépanneur 340-€
Non, je ne suis vraiment pas contente du tout. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

fles bubbels bij aankomst was mooie verrassing ;-)

Cons:

zeer onvriendelijke juffrouw in de ontbijtruimte ( stond er echt tegen haar goesting) of zou het zijn omdat ze snachts uit het bed moet om de deur te komen openmaken omdat de gasten na middernacht niet binnenkunnen met hun badge ?? en de concierge uit t bed moeten bellen ;-)

douchebak van de badkamer was gescheurd

Aangenaam verblijf in ruime kamer.

Ruime kamer. Bad. Welkomstnota en drank.

Het ontbijt was vrij basis. En je merkt wel een zekere veroudering die een opfrisbeurt kan gebruiken: vooral de vloerbekleding.

Hotel tres sympa pour le tourisme ou le business

Hotel réalisé dans un ancien Monastère, tout est a l'échelle de cette grande demeure.
Chambre immenses et moderne avec bain relaxant dans la chambre. Lit king size et douche a effet pluie large

en dan ook nog karaoke ..... wij zijn ook oud maar dit is te erg.

de ontvangst door de vriendelijke receptioniste.

Cons:

Zo'n design hotel wat wij al jaren kennen met steeds meer tekenen van slecht onderhoud is heel jammer en zonde van de reputatie die niet meer waargemaakt kan worden.
