Top hotel in a top location!
Pros:

We arrived way too early and wanted to ask if we could store our luggage until check-in time. To our surprise the room was ready for us - and we got an upgrade to an amazing room as well! Our room had its own balcony which overlooked the town square. This was lovely. The room was spacious, modern and large with a beautiful bathroom as well. And although we were literally on the town square, it was quiet at night and we had a relaxing, peaceful sleep. The breakfast choices the next morning, were great and really tasty, while the coffee was excellent! Overall, the staff (from front desk to dining room) were professional, courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay so much and have no hesitation to recommend this fabulous hotel to anybody who is travelling to Den Burg.

Cons:

This is a top-notch hotel! There is no single aspect which could have been improved. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay!

Een heel fijn hotel in hartje centrum.

Het heerlijke uitgebreide ontbijt, airco , schone slaapkamer en vriendelijk personeel.

Perfecte plek voor een mooi avontuur op het eiland!
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel met alle voorzieningen, midden in het centrum van Den Burg. Best wel wat verzoeken gedaan bij het verblijf wegens werk, en alles werd tot in de puntjes geregeld. Dank!

It is right at the center of Den Burg, very close to bus station, restaurants, bike rental shops.
We stayed at the new building, on ground floor. Room was very clean and spacious

Heerlijk Hotel, centrale ligging en schoon
Pros:

Liging en vriendelijk personeel, goed restaurant en een goed ontbijt. Parkeren is makkelijk geregeld bij Hotel. Centrale ligging en het is heerlijk om op het terras te zitten met goede service!

Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel.
Pros:

De airconditioning op de kamer tijdens de heetste dag van het jaar. Naast dat, is het hotel en de medewerkers echt super. Kamer was netjes, personeel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt erg goed. Ondanks de hitte (39 graden) deed het personeel erg zijn best om behulpzaam te zijn.

Cons:

Kan eigenlijk alleen maar positief zijn over dit hotel en zijn medewerkers!! Klein verbeterpuntje misschien: de lift heeft wel erg witte led verlichting. Terwijl de aankleding van dit hotel zo sfeervol en gezellig is.

Prachtige locatie!
