Avoid this property – unsafe and poorly located
Cons:

Getting to this location was extremely difficult, even in a city like Milan with excellent transit, it required two metro lines and 10 trolley stops. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the property looked nothing like the photos. The atmosphere felt so unsafe and unsettling that we were actually frightened, we didn't even feel comfortable checking in. In fact, we were so shaken by the experience that we waited until we were safely back home before writing this review. As a woman, I would have been genuinely scared if I had been traveling alone. Despite not entering the hotel, management denied our refund request. We ended up paying double for a different hotel, save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere.

3 λεπτά περπάτημα από το τραμ

Cons:

Καμία στοιχειώδης ανθρώπινη παροχή. Δεν υπήρχε κοντρόλ για το aircondition. Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο, ούτε νερό ούτε καν ποτήρι. Το δωμάτιο είχε πάρα πολύ φασαρία. Καθάριζαν με ηλεκτρική σκούπα τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Το προσωπικό μας κοιτούσε εξονυχιστικά από πάνω μέχρι κάτω, κάθε φορά που πηγαίναμε ή ερχόμασταν στο δωμάτιο. Τραγική εμπειρία. Σκουπίδια παντού έξω στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Ήταν από τις φτηνότερες επιλογές στο Μιλάνο βέβαια. Και το Μιλάνο γενικότερα δεν άξιζε καθόλου αν εξαιρέσεις τη Duomo, μόνο διαφήμιση. Για μία μέρα ίσως να αξίζει μόνο. Κρίμα.

Posizione molto comoda e in zona Portello (ben collegata anche al centro)
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, tenuto conto che sei in zona Portello (a due passi da Piazza Portello) e due passi anche da City life. Quasi difronte sono anche presenti degli appartamenti lussuosi, dove abbiamo infatti parcheggiato per sicurezza (si trova posto auto gratuito).

Cons:

In particolare, l'assenza di ascensore, le condizioni in cui versa la struttura (necessita di rinnovo).
