Le personnel à l’accueil pas agréable : nous avons demandé si elle était en capacité de nous donner un lieu pour trouver une robe de baptême la réponse a été un non ferme sans en avoir fait le moindre effort de nous indiquer un lieu plus ou moins proche …
Par ailleurs la Clim de notre chambre fonctionnait très mal du coup la chambre est restée tres chaude avec un bébé pas cool du tout.
Bilan : hôtel vieillissant où les équipements dysfonctionnements sans parler de qualité des couchages …

Pros:

Me encanta prácticamente todo, las vistas a la basílica sobre todo desde la habitación y el trato por el personal del hotel! Como siempre, seguiré yendo a vuestro hotel siempre que vaya, que son muchas al año.
