What your putting out is not matching up to the STANDARDS that you promote. Extremely disappointed.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and responsive to any inquiries I had.

Cons:

Driving 4hrs and 45 minutes to a luxurious hotel to surprise my significant other ( which I paid a significant amount for) to reach and be told that I have to PAY for daily parking=$. PAY for WiFi =$ and to have mold in the shower under the bar..... REALLY?

Pros:

It was a nice hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Overall it was a good stay.

Cons:

Our door and walls seemed very thin. There was a lot of commotion in the hallway. It kept us awake through the night. Our neighbor's TV was on. We could hear many words spoken on the television. It didn't seem like it was up loud, just very thin walls.

One of the best hotels in the area!
Pros:

Convenient location, reasonable pricing, clean rooms and common areas, nice restaurant and bar.

Cons:

No fans in the bathrooms, no showers in twin bed units only tubs, no smart TVs, cell phone reception is bad.

My favorite hotel in Virginia! The property is beautiful, beds are super comfortable and the food is outstanding. Staff members are friendly and welcoming.
