Pros:

We had one issue which was no hot water in the showers. 1st to 3rd day ice cold. Last day 3 minutes of hot water then ice cold. There is clearly an issue with this room being at the end of the hot water line. HOWEVER, the staff handled it beautifully. They offered a partial refund without me having to get angry or upset first. I appreciate that they handled it well and I was satisifed with the partial refund.

Cons:

Everything else was great.

Staff unprofessional and very rude. Night shift manager hung up on after being very rude, talked over top of me and told me they don’t have to explain the non refundable pet deposits for each dog because I signed the paperwork. I was double charged for one night stay because I had pets. Their unexpected charges that won’t be explained. They treat the customers poorly and act annoyed that you are there.

Great people to deal with
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Bacon and potatoes were outstanding

Cons:

Not fault of hotel, but a lot of very young soccer players. They were fine just noisy
