The location was perfect! The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean.
The hot tub was a little murky. The water was cloudy and didn’t seem very clean.
Comfortable and pleasant
The location was great as it was close to good shopping and food. The employees were great. I loved the room and enjoyed it except it was not as warm as I would have liked it to have been.
The heating unit in the room. I turned it up to the highest temp of 85 and the room really didn’t warm up.

My hotel room was very cold on arrival and my bath water was Luke warm, however, both were immediately looked at and rectified by the maintenance team.

No hot water my entire stay. The sink Al’s had a very slow drain.
Location was convenient. Facilities were clean.
Entered at noon told the desk agent I know check in doesn't start to 3 but was curious if it was possible sooner. I was on site with a group using the meeting facilities. Agent would not even loom just smirked and said check in is at 3. For over $300 a room didn't expect to be charged for breakfast let a lone coffee. No lobby coffee only what was in the breakfast area and told that cost $16. Woke up Sat morning to shower to have barely lukewarm water.

Y nos dijeron que no sabían cómo fue que hicimos la reserva así que tuvimos que agarrar una king y dormir en el sofá cama, porque si no no íbamos a tener espacio donde quedarnos
The staff was very friendly and helpful from front desk to the bar. The facilities were modern and up to date.
There was a roaring noise that went on all through the night that was only apparent while myself and wife were laying on our pillows. It made for a ruff night of sleep so we woke exhausted.
The Spa was great, super nice staff. The pool was secluded and a good size! Good location if you're looking to shop :)
The starbucks was never open. It was obnoxious having to have a keycard to get the elevator to work.

Breakfast was not included with the price of the room, which I am used to having. Microwave not included in the room, which I'm used to having. Besides that, the room was perfect.
