Very disappointing stay. Friendly staff, but the rooms need major improvements.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and professional throughout my stay, but unfortunately the room condition and overall design did not meet my expectations. The hotel is in need of renovation, and I believe the room conditions should be inspected to ensure they meet acceptable standards.

Cons:

I stayed for two nights because the cancellation policy was very strict. On the first night, the room had a very strong unpleasant smell, as if beer had been spilled throughout the room. I also found many small particles on the bed, which made me question the cleanliness. The room was extremely dark, with very limited lighting, and almost every wall was covered with mirrors, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

The next day, I asked to change rooms, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They changed my room without any issues. The second room was cleaner and no longer had the unpleasant smell, but it was still very dark and had the same excessive use of mirrors.

Very cool hotel, great location and very comfortable
Pros:

Great location, and short walk to train/subway. Very close to main restaurant strip and all the local boutiques. The room was large, clean and had good ventilation. The bed was soft and comfortable and the amenities were all we needed.

Cons:

The only thing was the street noise, the 12th floor we were on you could hear the nightclub underneath the hotel till the early hours of the morning on Saturday night /Sunday morning and a loud motorcycle or sports car sounded like it was right outside the door. We asked to be moved but were in the only junior suit of the hotel so we stayed.

La ubicación tiene mucha vida de día y de noche todo a la mano y la habitación suficiente espacio el baño amplio y moderno aunque con poca privacidad pero muy bonito y con amenidades

Close to metro station and local restaurants and pubs/nightlife

Cons:

The room looks wider and more modern in the photos. There is no privacy for the restroom and bathroom area. Doors are not closed, all glass. Not suitable for a family stay.

הצוות היה ממש ואווו!!
לשומרי שבת המקום ממש טוב נמצא 20 דקות הליכה מבית חב״ד ובאותה נשימה קרוב מרחק 10 דקות הליכה מכל הברים של איטוון.
בנוסף הצוות יודע מזה שבת ואם תבקשו מהם הם יביאו לכם כמו נייר מנויילץ כזה כדי שהדלת לא תינעל אוטומטי כי אסור להשתמש בכרטיס בשבת!

Solid Option in Itaewon
Pros:

We loved that the staff were friendly and professional - for example, they quickly helped us with a taxi to the airport when we checked out, noted down the location and number for us. Also liked all the charging options in the room - didn't need our adapters at all. Location is very good for exploring Itaewon, but quiet also.

Room is small for the price.

Super, wenn man hauptsächlich Seoul, Itaewon und Umgebung erkunden möchte.
Pros:

Top Gym für ein Hotel, es ist fast alles da, um ein komplettes Workout durchzuführen. 2 Aufzüge, die zuverlässig funktionieren. Großes, funktionales Bad, Zimmer stylisch mit gutem Ausblick. Wurde eher für Übernachtung genutzt, da tagsüber unterwegs.

Cons:

Zimmer/Betten etwas klein.
